So many online programs come without quick and easy customer service support. It’s very deep in library sources but the 1:1 Mentor program I joined up for is just amazing. They match you with someone who’s already a success and partners with you. I’m currently doing the 1:1 coaching program with Foundr and it’s been incredibly helpful. From the very beginning, everything worked perfectly — I was quickly assigned a coach who really understood my business and goals, and the onboarding process was smooth and professional.

Before Foundr, I used to wonder how do people actually start a brand and sell things online? It felt impossible—like you’d need a whole team of expert digital marketers just to get started.
Then I stumbled across Foundr’s free YouTube podcasts, and honestly, even that alone helped shatter so many limiting beliefs I had. Eventually, I took the leap and joined Foundr+, and it gave me a huge boost of confidence. For the first time, I truly believed I can do this. I can be a founder and launch my brand.
The program covers everything—from the absolute basics to the more advanced stuff—with weekly sessions packed full of value and customer support that’s fast and genuinely helpful. I honestly would have paid an extra $1,000 just for Foundr+ alone. That’s how worth it it’s been.
I'm still in the creation phase of my brand, but I’ve never felt more excited or certain that this is going to work. Can’t wait for what’s next!

You can tell a lot about a SAAS or online education company by how they treat you when you need to ask them for actual help. I needed help cancelling my membership and they were unbelievably helpful. Never upsold me and begged me to stay, I don't have time for your begging. They have incredible content and I can't wait to go with them for a paid subscription when I'm financially ready to do so. They are incredible!

Firstly let me answer the following 2 questions:
Q 1. How likely are you to recommend Foundr to a friend or colleague? (0 - 10).
A 1. 9 (There's always room for improvement)
Q 2. What are the primary reasons for the score?
A 2. Quality content, resources, people, processes, support and community. Foundr are doing great.
Unfortunately, having realised how much more is involved with setting up successfully in ECommerce it is not something I am able to follow through on at this stage.
However, on a positive note, having trialled their membership and community platform if I do decide to return to ECommerce more seriously in the future I now know where to come for community, training, advice and support.
This is somewhere I would happily recommend to others.

I've had a great experience with Foundr. I started with the Start & Scale online course as a refresher to what I thought I'd need to start my own business and make sure all my checkboxes were ticked. I had forgot some milestones so the course was very helpful. There are plenty of great videos and speaker series including online, real-time, LIVE conversations, that anyone who's a member can join which is also incredibly useful. If you've never started a business before and don't know where to start, I'd say DON'T SKIP THIS! It's an investment in yourself and your future to give you the confidence that you've done the work, you have a good product, you're ready to put it in market, and you have a good plan moving forward with it. Current business owners can find this useful too, especially when it comes to content marketing, scaling, etc. There are plenty of courses to check out with workbooks and helpful links that are being updated regularly.
