Scammers! These guys dont pay their developers. They also scam their clients who pay using crypto or Card Payments or Airwallex. Avoid at all cost

These people are scammers

This review is being posted to document an unresolved contractor payment issue involving DaaP-related projects (FounderSol / GetStartified).

A group of 12 contractors completed work in February 2026 under written agreements with payment communicated as due on Feb 28, 2026. As of today, these payments remain outstanding.

Several concerning events occurred during this period:

• Contractual payment terms were not honored
• Contractors were locked out of project accounts
• Company communication became unreachable through previously used channels
• The payment timeline was later pushed back several months after the work had already been completed

Because of the lack of response, affected contractors are now documenting the situation and coordinating with relevant regulatory bodies.

All statements in this review are based on verifiable communications, contracts, and documentation.

This post is shared to inform others so they can make informed decisions when engaging with these projects or entities.

Poor. The owners are thieves who never pay. Work with them at your own risk

I am posting this as a professional warning to any developers, contractors or clients considering working with Foundersol. This entity is a rebrand of 'DaaP Inc' (Chicago-based), which currently owes thousands in unpaid wages to its development team.

I am personally owed $1,150.00 for finalized software development work. Management acknowledged the debt but issued a notice of a 'six month delay' for settlement while simultaneously launching this new Foundersol brand to solicit new business.

Furthermore, be advised that leadership frequently operates under aliases. It is operated by Cognatrix information technology. This lack of transparency and refusal to settle existing liabilities is a major red flag for any professional engagement.

A formal wage claim has been filed with the Illinois Department of Labor. I strongly advise against any financial or professional association with Foundersol or its directors, until all outstanding debts from their previous entity are settled in full.

Y’all have the audacity to call people “criminals” when you all literally violated and breached the contracts of your contractors. We all have evidences and proof to back this up. You cannot call all of this “Reputational Damage” wherein all of this experiences are backed up with evidences and proof and of course reality ;) Good Luck! Karma has finding its way around and tell that to your 33 Million Gods.

If zero stars existed then i think I'd give the a negative 6 stars. (-6). Not a trustworthy lot to do business with. If they cannot pay their developers why on earth would anyone think they'll handle your money with care. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
