My experience this morning when talking to Marc from Student Services was fantastic! He was friendly, helpful and efficient. My issue was fixed on the spot, thank you Marc!

Laine was very friendly and was very patient with my queries. Assisted me with all my doubts and did not take long to help me out. I was on hold for very few minutes which was really good.

I had a very concerning experience with…
I had a very concerning experience with this provider.!
I enrolled over the phone and was not clearly informed about the full terms and total cost of the course. I did not personally complete or review the agreement before it was processed.
I have never accessed or attended any classes, and I submitted a cancellation request which was confirmed. However, I am still being required to pay the full course fee.
I am currently disputing this matter as I believe this situation is unfair and does not reflect proper informed consent.
I recommend that others carefully review all terms and ensure full understanding before agreeing to anything.

What they want is your money. After they collect money from you, they will send you email for lodging details. Then, other with entries test that after you done that, you will not receive the result that what happen next after the entries test. After I done my entry test, I did not receive any instruction from them and then they said it did not affect to the course that I have to complete by due date, or I have to pay to extend my course date.
The way of this education is not good, please do not enter if you do not want to lose your money.
