Fake company, Zero customer support. Not trust worthy
I purchased an account from For Real Funding. Before buying i categorically asked the agent that which are static drawdown models. He said 1 step and 2 step models. And all the discussion was based on this but when i bought the account and saw my dashboard, it was saying trailing drawdown. When i informed that u have misguided me, he said no problem i can help u in this regard and will tell you how to use trailing. Wow. Then i asked him about max loss he again said it is static and when i informed him that your AI is giving different information, he stopped replying me. He didn't reply for a whole day. When i asked AI to connect me to human agent, it took more than 5ooo minutes and no one was assigned. It means they just want to sell. There is no after sale services. It means they are never going to give payouts easily. It means if you buy an account and there is any problem. You can't get it fixed. This company is not for serious traders. It is a non serious firm. Then after a few msgs AI asked me to open a ticket for same that i have been misguided and i did the same. It took them 7 days to take up the ticket lol and 2 more days to send a reply that we will investigate. And 2 days have passed there is still no reply and im waiting for my refund information. How can someone work with this sort of company. I have got all the snap shots as proofs. I don't know whether this comment will be uploaded or not but this is all the reality. I have been pissed by them and my 131 dollars are stuck. I would suggest that no one takes their account and don't even consider this rubbish firm. They have different informations. AI and human agents are giving different information. Don't know which is correct.
They are trying to manipulate people. I am just able to pursuit because im an educated person. Less educated people will lose their money. Plz don't get trapped.
