Broker scam
I want to understand a convincing reason for not withdrawing my money. I have an account with this company, exactly $7075. I submitted a request to withdraw part of this money, estimated at $600 only, on Thursday, December 12, 2024, to be contacted by support and they told me that the amount would be transferred to my account in Binance automatically on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, but the transfer has not happened until this moment. This is without mentioning that I have not withdrawn any amount for about a month for the same reasons, and whenever I contact support, they give me promises, but to no avail, any false promises. I think that we are facing a brokerage company that defrauds and deceives its customers. As for me, this company is a fraud and a scammer until proven otherwise. I am waiting for an answer from this company

Their cents account has no liquidity
Their cents account has no liquidity. All I get are "off quote" messages.
Manual- or automatic-trading, pending limit , pending stop orders , market orders , time of the day, it makes no difference.
I created a ticket of the problem but XChief doesn't take me serious. They told me that it is normal and that I should read their trading conditions.

Money not showing after deposit. Open 4 tickets No customer support
I have made a deposit and Etherscan shows transaction went through. This was 5 days ago. I always double check to make sure I am sending to the correct address. As of right now still not showing the deposit in my account. I have opened 4 tickets and no response.
A deposit of $1431.24. Minus fees I should have a deposit of $1425 in my account.

Regarding the transfer, we dont know the address you've sent the payment, it does not belong to ForexChief. Also we checked blockchain and we see you often send payments to that address. Please check carefully who you sent payments to and who owns that address?

Complete scam broker. They give you a no deposit bonus but dont let you withdraw the profits made. You need a turnover of 10 million to withdraw, which would mean you have to 100X the account and they THEN let you only keep the 100 dollars they gave you - not the profit made. Beware of this broker! In 10 years of trading, never encountered such a fraudulent broker even remotely!
Market prices are manipulated exorbitantly and hardly ever correspond to the real market prices! Sometimes up to 8-10 pips for the broker's advantage without any reason!
Positions in the negative are automatically closed by the broker to maximize losses!
Deposits without verification and trading are allowed but only via crypto, complying with all regulations!
Withdrawals are systematically canceled and not processed! Once deposited, the money is gone forever!

It is very good that you are experienced trader and most likely you know that "Market execution" mode means that confirmed order price can be different from those you see in the order window, its called positive or negative slippage (btw, don’t forget you can always use a Limit orders to avoid slippage). Regarding automatically closed positions, according to the rules it may happens only in case of automatic stop-out, when margin level reaches 30%. My account was permanently banned by the compliance team without giving any reasons. The day before writing this review, I downloaded their application, then uploaded the required documents, took a selfie, completed all the requirements, and waited for a day I received an email saying that the account verification status had been changed. I entered the application and suddenly the account was permanently suspended by the compliance team without mentioning the reasons.
