Firstly, I just want to say that we're sorry you didn't have the experience you were hoping for with your order.

We'd just like to provide some context regarding what happened. Your order consisted of an ASICS fleece tracksuit, an Essentials short set and a pair of ASICS trainers, and the order was placed using our free shipping service.

The Essentials set and the trainers were dispatched and delivered within the expected time-frame. In regard to the ASICS fleece tracksuit, during our final inspection we noticed an issue with the joggers and weren't happy sending them out in that condition. We arranged for a replacement set to be brought in, however there was a significant delay with the replacement arriving. Rather than continue keeping you waiting, we made the decision to process a full refund for the tracksuit.

As explained in our previous emails, we've also reviewed our packing footage and can confirm that the ASICS trainers ordered were the pair that were dispatched. However, if you still believe the wrong pair was received, we'd be more than happy to review any photos you send over.

We completely understand if you've decided the trainers aren't for you. If that's the case, you're more than welcome to return them to us for a full refund in line with our returns policy.

Whilst we appreciate that the cancellation of the ASICS fleece tracksuit was frustrating, the item was fully refunded and the remaining items were delivered successfully. As a small business, reviews have a significant impact on us, so we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider revisiting your review based on the full outcome of the situation.

I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

We’re a little confused by the situation, as we contacted you shortly after your order was placed to explain that, due to the current situation and the shipment being destined for Israel, we unfortunately had to cancel the order. The couriers we use advised us that they could not provide a timeframe for delivery, or guarantee that the parcel would arrive at all, so we made the decision to cancel and fully refund the order.

In regard to the refund, this was processed around two weeks ago and has already left our account. We have not retained the funds. As we mainly deal with UK customers, refunds typically appear within 2–3 working days, however we are unsure if international banking processes to Israel may take longer.

We would kindly ask that you reach out to us directly via email so we can discuss this further and look into it in more detail from our side as well. At present, our records show that the refund has been successfully processed and the funds have left us.

I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

We just wanted to address the issues raised. When your order was first placed, we contacted you shortly after as our system flagged a small mismatch in the details provided at checkout meants that the order was deemed as medium risk for potential fraud. This meant we needed to confirm a couple of things for security purposes before proceeding. This process can take some time as the correct measures need to be taken to protect both parties.

Once we received the correct information, we made the decision to processed with your order and your shoes were dispatched, with the parcel collected by Royal Mail.

Following your recent message regarding non-delivery, we looked into this immediately and responded today. Unfortunately, it appears that Royal Mail has lost the parcel in transit, which is a rare occurrence but can sometimes happen.

To resolve this, we are sending out a replacement pair tomorrow for Wednesday delivery.

We understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. This situation is not reflective of our usual service, and we appreciate your patience while we put things right.

Firstly, thank you very much for placing an order with us, and I’m really sorry that your experience led to a one-star review.

I can see that this situation was resolved a few weeks ago, but I still wanted to respond here properly.

Your order was collected and shipped by Royal Mail shortly after it was placed, however unfortunately the parcel never arrived with you. After looking into the situation and chasing this with Royal Mail, it was confirmed that the parcel had been lost in transit.

Under normal circumstances we would immediately send out a replacement and deal with the lost parcel directly with Royal Mail on our side. Unfortunately, the set you ordered was the last one we had available in a size Large.

We did offer the Medium that we had in stock, but you quite understandably advised that it would be too small. Because of this, we processed a full refund for you straight away.

We also mentioned that if we ever manage to get another Large back in stock, we would contact you first before listing it again online so you would have first refusal if you were still interested.

I just want to apologise again for how this situation played out. Lost parcels are very rare, but unfortunately they can occasionally happen within courier networks. When they do, we rely on either Royal Mail updates or customers contacting us so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We truly appreciate you placing an order with us and we’re very sorry that this experience didn’t reflect the service we aim to provide.

We hope to be of service in the future to make ammends.

Your order was briefly placed on hold after being flagged by our automated security checks, which required confirmation before dispatch. We did attempt to reach out via email, however our messages unfortunately landed in your spam folder, which led to a delay and understandable frustration.
