I placed an order on 23rd November for 2 items. I paid for fast delivery so it should have arrived within 2 days. 1 week later I got an email to say the items were out of stock so were not being delivered. They still showed as available to purchase on the website so not sure how that works. I was told I would be getting a refund. So as one of the items was showing as available to buy I repurchased the item. Same thing has happened, 5 days later I get an email to say the item is no longer available. So I'm now waiting for a refund for 2 orders. I don't understand why you continue to let orders got through, take peoples money when you clearly cannot fulfil the orders. It's a shame as the clothes are lovely but I would never order from this company again.

I’ve bought a dress online in October and I didn’t like the quality when arrived, so, I’ve retuned it to the local store and got a gift voucher in exchange.
Took me weeks to finally find something good on their website to use my gift voucher, but after days and days without a delivery and many complaints, I’ve got an update saying my order was canceled because there was no stock.
I don’t understand how can they not know what’s not out of stock and just sell it on their website.
Got my gift card back after many days and then decide to use it again on their website because their physical store didn’t have anything that I liked.
Apparently another mistake on my part, it’s been 7 days after the purchase and the order still shows as processing with no shipping and no update on my order.
I’ve been a Forever new customer for years, the clothes used to be absolutely amazing, I remember shopping online and when I quickly received my order, I was always pleasantly surprised with the fact the every piece of clothing I’ve got would look better in person than on the website.
Somehow, everything changed completely. The design of the clothes just looks bad, the quality of the pieces is less than average, everything looks and feels cheap.
But that’s not the only thing that’s changed, the customer service that was once great, is now totally useless.
No one answers the customer service phone, on the website there’s no one in the chat, and even when they reply to your email, there’s no plausible answer.
There’s also the fact that they constant sell items on their website that’s out of stock. It happened to me several times.
There’s also the loyalty and birthday vouchers, that used to be such a nice thing for the loyal customers, and you were able to use with anything sold at the stores and online, but now is valid only on full priced items and orders over $100.00.
The vouchers now are just a bait they give us to spend more money with them.
It really saddens me to see such a great company going down hill, I was such a big fan of the brand, my closet is 80% forever new clothes, my friends and family would even joke that I was a forever new piece collector, that’s how much I used to buy from them and get excited for every new release, now I just can’t recommend them to anyone anymore.

Order placed on 22nd October, not received as of yet. Customer support unable to confirm when it will ship. Save your money, do not buy from this company. I get that they've changed their website / warehouse, but stop taking people's monies until they can actually ship. They've had my money since 22nd October for no goods received, they should be paying me interest on my money they've taken without delivering any goods or clearly meeting any timelines they've communicated when I placed the order in good faith

I ordered online it's been 19 days no update no package hasn't left yet. I email no reply I call, then days later no movement I email again no reply I call again still no movement. They then tell me my size is no longer available because its taken so long. But still haven't canceled or refunded my order. The most apauling business I've ever come across for slackness. The customer service people are nice enough but some thing isn't working with how they run their business. 2nd bad experience last one was return and it took 2 months last xmas to finally get my refund. You really need to sort out how your running things . For this reason I will not purchase again from forever new.

Using customers to bank roll them, taking orders for items out of stock then you have to wait for a refund.
Appalling customer service!

Compared to over 6 years ago I use to buy so many clothing items from this brand but the quality has gone down hill. I hardly buy from Forever new anymore and the prices aren’t justifiable for what you’re paying for. Sad because I loved this store but the quality of the materials used now are horrendous.

Also waiting on dispatch receipt for my order this dress was for my wedding day. I never thought to check reviews as like everyone on here I thought this was a reliable company.
I am now out of pocket so can't afford to buy another dress.

I chose to order from Forever New because it was a brand I was familiar with and I had always had a good instore experience. Their website said 1-3 days shipping and so based on this and previous experience in store I chose to buy a special occasion dress from them online (they did not have my size in store). 14 days later and the dress had not arrived and my special occasion had been and gone. I enquired several times for an eta and while support was friendly they were never able to provide me with information other than to say they were experiencing shipping delays and technical issues. This was clearly known to them but no warning was displayed on their website. Had I known about the delays I would never have purchased a dress from there for a Special Occasion. I gave 1 stars because the only saving grace they had was that they processed my return quickly.

Do not shop with Forever New. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I placed an order online, they are an absolute disgrace.

No customer support. No updates. No order in sight weeks after weeks of waiting for it to be dispatched.

If they are unable to process orders due to warehouse issues they shouldn't be taking orders and should warn customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 1 item and have been waiting 1 month and am still waiting for it to arrive. The customer service is a joke. Don’t waste your money or time. The delivery times are inaccurate and they don’t even give a valid reason as to why the item is delayed

So many reviews on here about items not being delivered. I paid for next day delivery on an item a week ago and it hasn’t arrived. I asked for an update and customer service told me they couldn’t give me a time frame of when it would be dispatched.

I’m not sure how a business can offer the next day delivery option and charge more, knowing they can’t fulfil it. I’m also not sure how they can take orders if they have no idea when they’re going to deliver them.

Take this as your warning to shop elsewhere.

I am so upset and angry on the service I have received as there is no information about my products no email or nothing what so ever!!
I was supposed to receive my order on the 1st of nov and they is no sign of my order yet! I don’t want it anymore nor will I ever order from this site ever again!

I bought 2 dresses on the 20th of October and have received neither. I wanted them for an occasion today and I am incredibly upset - I understand they are moving to a new warehouse but the fact that no emails have been sent out updating me is a travesty. Forever New is one of my favourite brands and I don't think I will ever buy from here again after this purchase.

Poorest customer service of any Australian online fashion retailer I’ve ever purchased from. Only retailer I know of that you can’t return and get a refund on sale items. You only are allowed to get a gift card. They should shout out this msg at the shopping cart concerning sale items.

I forgot this recently and instantly regretted my online purchase cause I know forever new customer service is appalling.

Extremely impressed with Forever New first time ordering and received order within 3 days. Returned one item and received refund within 3 days incredible service! Items are also beautiful!

I recently ordered a dress as an option for my wedding reception. It was a lovely dress but unfortunately didn’t suit me very well. I was reluctant to return after reading the reviews, expecting to have to chase it up, but was pleasantly surprised with the returns process. I did have to pay about £5 postage but the refund has come into my bank in less than one week and was an easy enough process. I would order again if I saw something I liked online.

Appalling company to buy from. Still waiting for a purchase to arrive which was meant to be received on 8th June but still waiting. No tracking order that works and despite 2 emails to customer services and a request for refund, nothing has been received. Stay clear of this company !!!!

I loved forever new clothes but the last time I went the quality was significantly worse. Was really disappointed as I thought I found a replacement for some other stores I love. Bring back the old quality!

I have just received my dress and am really pleased with it. I have to say I ordered it before reading the reviews which made me worry. Well, I received regular updates about my order from start to finish, it came in good time and the dress is lovely. Most people only review when they have a bad experience so I wanted to post this to put people's minds at rest.
