Very helpful and helped me understand my finances and how the different accounts work and what they do which allows me to make proper choices now. Cheryl especially was great and very patient with me as she went through and explained the different account types, options ,what they do etc to me throughly to help me make sure I make the best choice for my future. I would recommend this to anyone looking to manage their finances, especially Cheryl.

Natasha (my advisor) takes time to explain everything clearly, she is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lucy was really great and helped us with our daughter’s child ISA transfer to an adult ISA. She was patient and not pushy in any way. Us and our daughter felt well informed on what to do with the money.
A little blip meant that my wife’s ISA lump sum did not go into the new account, but Lucy investigated this and got straight back to us with information on the problem (not Lucy’s fault)

It’s my daughter’s birthday today and she can’t take the money out of her account to buy something for herself as it is updating as though she’s going to carry on trusting these people with her money, personally I wouldn’t trust these people with your money. She is 18 TODAY so you have no right holding onto her money!! I never chose this company it was put here by the government, I chose a different company for my sons trust his made twice as much and paid out at 16 all they said is that he could be liable for the tax on it which wasn’t the case. After reading all the negative reviews if I end up having to chase this payment I’ll be getting a solicitor involved. UPDATE day of withdrawal after filling in all the information I get to the last page where it asks for a 1 time passcode which is sent to your email, NEVER ARRIVES, check junk folder nothing, request another one again NOTHING ARRIVES. And even if you do get a passcode there is nowhere to put it. Will have to call them Monday, people need to avoid this company.

I was not impressed with this company from the start. I had signed up to have my policy payments debited from my account on the 15th of every month, so ONCE per month. Foresters debits my payments on BOTH the 8th AND the 23rd of every month...never on the 15th as planned and TWO payments per month not just one payment. I have attempted to cancel my policy with them on a few occasions, just to have them explain their way out of why they are defrauding me my money. So I decided to give them one more chance...well, here they go again, this month once again TWO payments on the 8th and 23rd, not on the 15th. So they are done, I have emailed to cancel my policy IMMEDIATELY or I will be seeking legal action against them. Their website as well is very vague, will not give you any info regarding your policy at all. Horrible fraudulent company.

Super attentive financial advisor Lee Connor - always very timely with responding and really kind & helpful. Never had any issues, only positives!

Denise came to visit us to talk about moving our ISA, she was so helpful, explaining all our options. She's very knowledgeable and can talk in depth about their various products. We both opened new accounts with Foresters and Denise has taken care of everything - she's a pleasure to deal with and I have no doubt we will have a long and successful relationship with her and Foresters.

My financial advisor (Mark) is super friendly and helpful, his explanations of the products are clear, he provides materials to read after our calls and offers additional support so I can be confident in my decisions.
