Ford Power Live, cracking day again organised by RJ Chalkie, and his team, last show of 🇬🇧 Ford Club GB 🇬🇧 for 2022, and did not disappoint, the members and their cars, great atmosphere.

Did the takeover a few years ago with them and cars in the park. Great to speak to them and easy to get along with. Not been for a few years due to other commitments. But definitely will be going next year if the car doesn't cost me any money in repairs.

Fantastic group of people where I have made some great new friends. The group organisers work very hard to accommodate each members needs keep up the good work and look forward to the next meet

First show with the club.
Was a good day out members who I spoke too seemed freindly and welcoming.
The only thing was one car wanted to be at the front for some reason and this was sorted out by the staff quickly and efficently and with one member who agreed to move you sir were a gent.
We were happy to be at the back my car is stock also and not a show car either.
This is not a bad reflection on the staff but a positive one.

Another event with Ford Club GB done and as always the team make the greatest efforts to welcome everyone to their club stand. They work hard behind the scenes to organise club stands at huge track events (which is NOT easy) and they reward their supporters by offering the chance to win a trophy (which is NOT something they have to do, and not something MOST clubs bother with).

It’s strange to see some negative reviews popping up as being 6 shows in with the club I’ve seen a variety of people win trophies, a variety of cars and people on stand and a group of hard working people that give up their own time to make our time better and more fun.

All I can say to those who don’t enjoy themselves; question is the car scene for you? Do you yourself put time and effort in and do you make yourself welcoming and approachable? It’s not all on the club, it’s a 50/50 relationship when you turn up and display your car on a club stand.

Remember these people aren’t professionals who do this for a living; they’re everyday people who want to help others attend events and no one is perfect. Formative comments help people learn but negative comments should be discussed direct with the club in my opinion.

Here's my honest review and I don't mean it in a negative way so please no backlash.

I love castle combe :). The day its self was great as always and everyone was chatting and getting involved and a range of cars on show which I haven't seen before which is great for the club.

The only thing I felt that let the day down was the space and the parking. We didn't have alot of space which meant it was hard to get all the cars on display and I no being staff before it can be hard and difficult to please all members. I just felt the stand could of been displayed better where all the cars where seen and not hidden away or tightly packed in. I felt that the parking wasnt a priority and that the gazebo was the main priority.

Like I said this isn't negative and I no how much effort the staff and the club put in being an ex staff member.

The staff and club members were all friendly, chatty and very welcoming. The atmosphere of the club was very friendly and relaxed you can tell its a very family friendly club. It seemed a very organised club with high vis to identify staff which was very helpful. The parking seemed very organised with such a small plot it seemed they really maximised the space they had. It was also nice to see they had a stall selling club merch along with the amazing cars they had on show.

Weve always enjoyed being apart of the club, always made to feel welcome and the hard work thats put in is obvious and shows. Sadly on this occasion we felt there was a slight atmosphere and it did make us feel a little uneasy, which did put a dampner on the day. Despite this we did try to enjoy the day and the array of cars and stories we heard by talking to people was amazing and we made a friend or two aswell as receiving advice and giving advice. Overall it was a great day.

I've been with ford club UK for some time now and can honestly say it's the best club I've been involved with very friendly and the shows are well organized I look forward to attending more in the future.

Thanks so much to everyone for making me feel so welcome first time on stand and with the club cant wait to do it again i loved every second of the day it was so a great day even tho it was hot

Ford Fair with Ford Club GB was an amazing day. You can see how hard the staff work to make sure everything runs smoothly. The raffle had loads of amazing prizes. We were also shocked to get the heart of the club award. Myself and Gareth really enjoyed our day! Thank you FCGB for yet another amazing event.

This was my first Ford Fair and first time on the club stand and it was a fantastic experience to meet up with the club and other members. Some fab fords on show and everyone and club staff were so welcoming. JP Williams.

Wow what a fantastic day at ford fair everyone worked there socks of to make this a brilliant show and it was absolutely fantastic welldone everyone the staff and the trade stalls and the amazing cars and fantastic weather I was truly blown away how brilliant it was and the weather was fantastic thanks for making my day perfect thanks guys 10-10 from me

Another event attended that was run by the Fordclubgb group and once again was a brilliant day out @ Ford Fair.
Lovely group of people that make you feel welcome and always make a point of coming round to say hello.
Such a nice bunch of people who enjoy the cars regardless of it being a late 80’s poverty model or a brand new RS. Just about friends and cars.

It was our first show with FordClubGb, we was welcomed on our arrival, and thought the club was organised very well throughout the day. We will be attending more shows with FordClubGb.

What a brilliant bunch of enthusiasts, my decision was a bit last minute to go to Ford Fair and the club admin were very welcoming had a great day if a little hot

Ford Club GB made me and my partner very welcome at this years Ford Fair, I can’t recommend them enough. A friendly, family car club. Simply the best!
