Great product and excellent customer service.
I made a mistake with my order and they contacted me immediately, checked what I actually wanted, and dispatched the correct item immediately.

I have owned one of your bags for 7 years plus... and over the last few months bought 3 more. My order was dealt with promptly and I was delighted to receive them...I met a lovely lady at a party a couple of years ago,she asked me if it was a Forage bag and took some photos of me....she said she was your mother......

I’ve been sitting on the fence re this hip bag for months and finally gave in - it’s stunning - I chose silver hardware and I love it so much. Why did I even wait so long it’s beautifully made.

Iv now got 2 bags & I totally love them

Bag extremely good quality, made to a high standard. Very comfortable to wear. Just the right size to carry keys, phone, purse, tissues and reading glasses.

The hip bag I ordered is perfect, great colour and very well made.
There was a mix up with my order (entirely my fault) and customer service could not have been better or more helpful.

Bought a dressing Gown which doesnt have any way of being hung ( I usually hand on the a coat hook at the back of a door) . I asked to return for a refund and was told not only I would have to pay for it but also in order to get my refund I would have to return the free gift ring which arrived with it (unordered) which I didnt have as had gifted it to a young girl (not suitable for an adult as very low quality)

I ordered the short kimono. Following my previous order from Forage, I knew I could expect excellent quality and to be kept informed of the progress of my order. It arrived quickly and was carefully packaged The Kimono is a beautiful design, is a smooth silky texture, so not prone to creasing and has a generous amount of material. I am so pleased with it. After 2 orders with Forage I can wholeheartedly endorse the quality of their products and customer service. I also received a bonus free ring, which was far more beautiful "in the flesh" than the photograph on the website.
I feel that Forage take pride in their goods and value their customers. I will definitely order from them again.

I have just purchased 3 bags from Forage. It was very easy to place my order. Communication was great and my bags arrived beautifully presented and packaged in very good time.
The bags are such good quality, strong and so well made. I am on crutches so can’t carry a handbag. These bags are perfect for me and they look anazing. I love them and will be ordering more. Worth every penny.

I hadn’t ordered from Forage Design before so was a bit nervous (you can never tell what’s real or not online!) but their customer service was so fast and personable, and my bag is so perfect I was straight back on their website the day it arrived to see what else I might need! The bag is great quality and fit, and packaged gorgeously too, with a handwritten thank you note. I couldn’t be happier - thank you!

Wow! I am not a review kind of person so writing this merely minutes after my order has arrived is saying something! The quality is outstanding. The care in storing your items is evident as items arrive in perfect condition. Even the free bag that my leather bag came in is gorgeous! I am blown away with your service, the quality of items, the amount of attention to detail. Even to just scan the provided code to watch how to attach the extender belt is such a wonderful touch. Incredible bag, packaged beautifully and incredibly well made. I am over the moon with it, cannot rate it highly enough. I bought a very clearly labelled 'second' with a small repairable problem (on my bag the lining in one of the pockets had been stitched into the zip), this was a 10 minute fix and meant I got an absolute bargain as it was heavily discounted. I use it for work (I work on a farm), I love having everything accessible without having my pockets stuffed or carrying a bag about with me. Brilliant, cannot fault it at all. Will definitely purchase again (already eyeing up a non-work version 🤪).
