I did not receive the product I ordered.

Took 30 days to receive the shoes, and the size isn’t even close. Wasted $70.

I ordered this in October of last year and still have not received my Pokemon shoes that are blue would like to know what kind of company you are running and if you can't please return to me my money it will be under Sherri Bailey and today is January the 12th 2025 where is my shoes

I ordered on Nov 21 and it is currently Jan 10 and I still have not received my order. Every time I have reached out I have gotten a generic email back saying to wait a few days. However the tracking shows that it was last at JFK on Dec 10 and nothing since then. I will not be ordering from here again. If I don’t have my order by Jan 21 I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Do not order from this company it’s a scam I ordered first of November still haven’t received my order when you email them they just say they can’t refund to wait till next November to get my order

Placed my order in November for a Christmas gift for my grandson never received it until after Christmas there were supposed to be crocs they are nothing but a cheap pair of rubber I ordered with his name on them but they you a total different name do not order from this place

I ordered Bengal hey dudes. 1st, no way these are authentic hey dude shoes, second. They are Cleveland browns colors. What a scam. You want to make it right? Issue me a refund, but I'm sure this is a scam so that won't happen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

It will be almost 3 months and I am still waiting for a pair of crocks.if i would have known that it was going to be shipped from China and not the UK, I would not have placed an order. I need a full refund. Your answer is to keep waiting, I can't wait any longer I need a refund.

Ordered Messi crocs for kids. The Messi picture doesn't even cover the show. Wide white areas on both sides of both shoes.

I still haven’t received my package. The awful tracking is still showing it in China and hasn’t updated since 12/23

This has been an AWFUL experience. I ordered my shoes before Thanksgiving, was supposed to have them by Dec. 18th, AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THEM YET!!!!!! Ruined my kids Christmas. I had to rebuy things to replace the shoes that didn’t come. I’ve asked for a refund with no success there either.!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Ordered my item a month ago, haven’t received the item nor any updates. Was given a two week time for delivery…that was false, when I reached out to support they told me I could not cancel my order and that I basically have to wait for them. These were a Christmas gift so really sucks. Will never use this company again.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Whatever you do, do NOT order from this fake business! They give you a China post tracking number that shows error when you try and track it. Stay away from this business!

Never disclosed the shoes were being shipped from CHINA. Made there is one thing, shipped from there is another. Ordered in early November and since tracking shows them still in China, there is no chance they will be here in time for Christmas.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a men’s size 8. I got a huge size men’s 10-11 EURO 43. Their customer service is terrible. They blamed me for not looking at their size chart. A men’s 8 should be a men’s 8?? I would NOT recommend. RUN! BEWARE! Takes a long time to get the product only to be DISAPPOINTED!!

Terrible Quality and no way to return item. Customized logo was off set adn half the name wasn't even on the shoe. Stitching was poor quality. The quality was no where close to actual Hey Dudes even though there are labeled Hey Dudes. Never again. Make it so you can actual reach someone to return unsatisfied customers.

Horrible they smell like petroleum and when asked for refund only got small amount back
