Footstools & More Bewertungen

I'm not given to writing reviews but I love my footstool so much that I am delighted to. I chose one of the in house fabrics (Helter Slate) and it looks fantastic against our antique persian rug, while the plain tapered legs work with our 1960s sofa. Best of all it is really comfortable and my legs are at a perfect comfortable height now for TV watching.
Service, communication and everything was straightforward. the only challenge was unwrapping the parcel because it was so well wrapped and prepared.
An unexpected bonus, it is a perfect height for using for exercises with my weights at home!

I was really pleased with the quality and workmanship of the Footstall that I ordered. I was also impressed by the customer service, the correspondence was excellent and I received my Footstall the same week as I was told when I placed my order.

The footstall arrived & I was very pleased with the well built item. The finish on the footstall is excellent, the hinges are strong and there is enough space in the storage area for 2 heavy throws. The colour is true to the swatch I ordered from. All in all a great experience from ordering online to delivery, being notified along the way & the driver who helped me with the packaged footstool, carrying it inside the house.
It’s a pleasure to put my feet up after a busy day and I highly recommend this company !

Great little footstool which was a surprise present which arrived in good time. Good quality and design.

We ordered a stool which was extremely well priced. Quick delivery dates too. There were plenty of choices in fabrics and leg options too. On receipt of the stool just two weeks after the order was placed, we were delighted. Well made and perfect for the space we bought it for. Highly recommend the company. Thrilled!

Very good communication from the company and a lovely product

The wool fabric is lovely and the build seems good but the ‘legs’ were of real poor quality hence only 3 stars. I’ve had to replace them as they were so bad.

Cushions were ok but pricey - not even feather stuffing!

Very helpful, prompt service. I haven't actually opened my footstool from it's wrapping yet because we are still completing works but they handled everything, ordering fabric, delivery by helpful man on time

Great product as expected, delivered on time, good email communication. Good experience all round.

Excellent service and my footstool looks amazing in the sitting room.

Quick responses to questions, beautiful product and delivery was in line with estimate. I highly recommend!

Communication was good from ordering samples, right through to quotation and delivery. Our bespoke size request was accommodated with only an additional pro rata cost, rather than an additional premium charged by most companies, if indeed they even contemplate such requests. We were kept informed all along the journey and the product itself when it arrived was exactly as expected. Excellent quality and a perfect addition to our room. Would definitely recommend.

Footstools and More are an absolute breath of fresh air. We’d spent ages searching for the perfectly sized footstool in the exact colour, fabric, and style we wanted, and as soon as we stumbled across their website we knew they were exactly the company we’d been looking for.

They’re an incredibly accommodating British family business, able to make a footstool to your exact requirements, and their workmanship is genuinely best-in-class. They even handled a late change to our order without any fuss and were happy to deliver to the Channel Islands, which just shows how flexible and customer-centric they are.

We’d recommend them in a heartbeat and only wish all businesses were like this!

I gave the dimensions and requirements to the company and they provided just what I wanted. I provided the material for the lid which matches my curtains. All specified, discussed and price agreed by e-mail. A quality product, the finish is flawless.

Our second footstool from Footstools and More.
Good choice of fabrics though we sent our own fabric for the first footstool to match our sofa.
Very considerate with the delivery as we were due to go on holiday the next day. The delivery driver arrived the evening before.

Wide range of choice, colour and size of footstools. Prices not cheap but now I have my footstool I can appreciate the great quality that makes it good value for money.
Great customer service team who responded quickly to my query about when I could expect delivery. It was refreshing to be able to email a human being and get a swift response.

I had a bespoke version of the ottoman made, quality is exceptional along with the material, craftsmanship and response for my questions.
Although they are not the cheapest thing on the market, sometimes you get what you pay for and this is a classic example.

From requesting fabric samples to the footstool/table being delivered.. great service. 6 samples sent out no postage, emailed letting me know when approx time it would take to make. It arrived in before they said .
The quality is superb. Absolutely love it. Quality fabric, quality job
Would definitely order from this company again

I’m absolutely delighted with my new ottoman — it arrived so quickly and exceeded all my expectations! The team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Footstool arrived promptly and is really lovely. Unfortunately aspects of the design I ordered were missing but Footstools & More were very quick and willing to arrive at a solution which I was happy with. Great customer service and good quality product. Would recommend.
