Bought a course for myself
Bought a course for myself, I find the website very confusing. I wasn’t able to start the course, even if I followed the company steps of how to sign in. After few attempts of trying I give up and bought new course on different website.
I called to explain my experience and I asked for refund, I then received email saying because the course has been added to my account there is no refund.
I was offered to use the course next year when I may need to refresh my course.
Who knows what will happened next year I may be in different job industry.
