Foley does the bare minimum to keep you in compliance. Often trying to sell you things you can do yourself for free. The departments internally don't communicate with each other, you have a plan you pay for, but the compliance person for that plan, says you don't have that plan, then your sales rep says you are all set. It's a constant back and forth and requires hours of your time to use a service that is supposed to save you time. We had a driver complete a test to return to duty, and it took them so many days to process the results, locate them and get him cleared, we had to sub in other drivers for the weeks. If you want something done quickly and a company who appreciates your business, don't use this company.

I keep getting these emails about hey you gotta fill this out. Lol first I don't have to do shit. If you need any info on me you can contact the asshat im lease to. Cuz he has a bug up his ass and hired you fools that's between yall. Stop emailing youre junk to me. I don't need or want it.

Absolutely unprofessional experience with them. I do not recommend! Unfair Sales practices and having issues with them on a daily basis. It has become a nightmare dealing with those folks and the Sales Rep Daniel Hof especially.

I had to fill out one of their apps to get the job I have. Traveled half 2 days in a car to take the job. Then once I was there and on the road I start getting all this crap about doing the background check. They should have done that before I got the job. Now I am working and I get told it has to be done in 30 days or else. Its a scam on the American trucker. Typical democrat B.S.. Currently have my attorney's working on this with the FMCSA. They are operating a scam. I am going to talk with my company in more detail. According to attorney's this should have been handle before getting the job. From what I am told this could result in a massive lawsuit. They are messing with a drivers living by playing games. Could end up in a 20 to 80 million dollar lawsuit depending on how many driver they speak with.Drivers can make a living working or on Foley for screwing up.

Foley Services is a SCAM they are intercepting applications through the FMCSA WEBSITE.. this business needs to be shut down immediately! They are up-charging innocent people. They are illegitimate and not contracted through FMCSA.

To be straightforward: Michael is a bully. He uses scare tactics to pressure people into paying $1,000 for something I completed absolutely free of charge. After I told him not to contact me again, he went on to predict why my business would fail. This company cannot be trusted — they are a complete scam.

What made my experience great was I missed my original on boarding time slot and called an hour later than I was supposed to. Regardless, Lourdes was willing to go out of her way and help me out. She was really efficient at explaining the different areas of the website and very knowledgeable. I was really impressed. Great job!!!

It's been almost a month since I paid Foley. I've received no phone calls, text messages,emails about My DOT Filings. They Left off the LLC o.f my company, put the company in my wife's name. So I had to pay another $190 on top of $1220, cause they messed up. after filing another MCS-150 & MCSA-5889 form,I still haven't gotten a single call to assure me they are trying to fix the problem they created.
Not to happy with someone taking my money and avoiding me untill I call them. Not Very Professional.

STAY AWAY!!!! This place will do nothing but harass and try to decieve you and act as if you have to pay them in order to stay in compliance! BE AWARE! YOU DO NOT NEED FOLEY TO BE IN COMPLIANCE!!! make sure your truck is inspected and your tires and brakes are good to go along with fire extinguisher and reflector triangles a set of fuses are in the truck and common sense issues are resolved and you are GOOD TO GO!! Don't let this place fool you and scam you out of your money!! Friggin sharks!! If dot or government has a problem with your truck, you'd know. This place is NOT needed !

If i could give Foley 0 stars i would , I trusted Foley company with my new Trucking business, and was very excited to move forward , I received my Mc number and DOT number and was told i need to do a drug screen for my own company to be In compliance, I AM A NON DRUG USER. i went to Contra to do my Urine drug test , their Form Fox form didn't work, it was the weekend we couldn't get any one from Foley on the phone. So that following Monday the 16th, Concentra Lab was able to contact Foley , and Foley gave Contra a new Form from Quest Labs. my Original sample was taking on Sept 13th ,and actually shipped on the 16th On the 23rd of Sept 2024 i received a call from a MRO out of Florida asking me when was the last time i used Cocaine, I responded never!! he continued to aggressively tell me i use Cocaine , and that he's taking my license for 1 year, refuse to let me retest unless i send in $150 and want me to use same Urine?? mind you that same day i took a test for JB Hunt to get a good paying job while i waiting to purchase my first truck. That same Urine JB Hunt said they couldn't test because of wrong labels on specimen , I screamed because this has to be a nightmare, this cant be real , i get back on the phone with Foley , they tell me to call the MRO , MRO tell me to Call Foley , Foley finally made their decision that they will report me to the clearing house and take me out of duty immediately, so i Hired these folks to ruin my CDL within 1 week of paying for their services ?? i had O incidents in the clearing house , driving record clean, no drinking no drugs , but i paid this company over 1200.00 to F me off ? and back to the Urine with JB HUNT i requested that sample to prove that i don't use drugs , and all of a sudden at JB hunts MRO , they say that that same Urine that Foley has cant be used because it was labeled wrong and they threw the sample out ? Foley doesn't care they just took me out of service and said enter a SAP program, and then i can go to work after i complete A program , Butttttt ill have to test randomly for 12 months , You got me F up , and Ivevnever did drugs nor have i been in a treatment facility , I’m definitely Lawyering up , , the money i had for my truck will be used for a lawyer If you dont want problems with your CDL i suggest you dont use this company EVER especially if your a African American Descent and a female , even the MRO officer for Foley sounded fake as F his name was i I dont know how these dirty folks can sleep at night , but they bothered the right one cause im suing everybody if i can from concentra , to Foley , to the MRO officer and also Quest Lab , im being railroaded in 2024 slavery days is over , its like i paid Foley to help me in business and they Cold shoulder me and took me out of service , DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL because they lie and act lime their for you when they wete quick to put a mark in my clearing house and suspend my Iicense got smart with me , on of the ladies at this company sounded like she was a african American. i could jear her baby crying in the background as she was helping me , and kept muting the phone as i was very upset and crying , i guess to talk to her family since she was working from home, anyway when she did get back on the line she was chuckling too luke the MRO did , I dont see nothing funny , I worked hard to obtain my CDL , and to accidentally get involved with a 3rd party company and 1 week after allowing them to be my compliance partner , im getting my CDL taken , and also looking through my emails i find it strange they kept sending me emails prior to the lies that i need to get DOT COMPLIANCE drig screen ready , 4 days before my results , SAP program runs you anywhere between $200 and $500 mind you Foley had partnered up with SAP program so they are all in this together, yes im talking but tomorrow im going to BOLI and Civil rights on they ssa
