I have called the 877 216 1818 number numerous times 4 to be exact,each time the female cannot speak English ,last time sounded like she was in metal shop with steel crashing in background ,this company has no qualified help ,my comfort 170 will not regulate temp goes straight to 153 dgs,water pressure is 60psi all they say is your starting temp is to high ,I cant fix water temp from city ,I call BS,never buy another Fogatti also no parts available ,looks like they are moving into rv buisness not home

Made the mistake in ordering a unit without a door thinking a door xame with . Reached out to customer service and thay are sending me a door

Great costumer service torqued the main bolts down to far and they sent me a replacement unit within the week.

I'm going to go from the present to 1 year ago with my experiences with Foggatti while dealing with old camper my issue was a little different but Foggatti was there to walk me through it .now I have wonderful hot water with my instant hot water tank and warm comfortable heat with my new furnace! Thank you Foggatti!

My insta shower has worked flawlessly for the entire 6 years I have owned it. I recently had to replace the heat exchanger ( I broke it by not draining it in freezing temps) and the customer service was great to work with. I ordered the wrong replacement first and they still swapped it for me and got me the right one for no extra cost. Great product and great service!

Replaced all 3 A/C units in the RV with InstaCools, and there's no going back! 18k each btu instead of 15k! Uses 20% less electricity. Absolutely the best customer service.

I have the insta shower 8. The install was surprisingly very easy. I went from a traditional tank to the tankless and it has worked great. We love how you can set the temperature to exactly how you like it and always have hot water.

We had a small issue, and customer service was great to work with and got everything worked out for us.

I will be eventually upgrade the rest of our camper utilities to fogatti products. I would highly recommend!

Interested in new a/c heat pump units for my motor coach. Fogatti had just released their new InstaCool Pro Max 18K units. I found the website easy to navigate with great information regarding installation and performance of these units. Went to order 2...and was pleased with the multiple discount received.
The order was shipped and fulfilled within days to my door!
The installation went great and I am finally able to cool my coach to pleasing temp even in 100deg weather.
I was reviewing my order on a weekend when I realized I had mistakenly missed out on a significant offer code. Called customer service...they were very helpful and pleasant to speak with. A case was opened and first think Monday morning I was informed via email that my promotion credit had posted to my account! Amazing...a so very grateful to everyone on the team that helped in some way with my purchase.
I am in love with my InstaCool Pro Max units. The feature of a wireless remote paired to my onboard hotspot is a great feature.
So glad I chose Fogatti over the many others out there.

Well I purchased the 5500 tankless water heater a little bit disappointed I mean it says instant water that would be heated which isn’t true. It takes about 20 23 seconds for the water to heat up when you first turn on the faucet I think my suburban water heater was more efficient than this.

Terrible customer service. Shop a different brand. When there's problems they don't help.

Called with an issue with tankless water heater and they responded say day i emailed them . Within 24 hrs I had a new hot water heater sent out to replace other one. Great customer service and very quick with responses. Overall great exspieance will recommend them for anything. Thank you Fogotti team

We purchased the Instashower Ultra and was hesitant about getting it but after using it on our first outing all I can say is it’s amazing! We had an issue with the door sizing when we purchased it and called customer service they were able to get the right sized door for our unit figured out and within two days it was sitting on my doorstep. Installation was super easy and probably took less than two hours from start to finish. And if you do run into any issues the customer service department is top notch! Great addition to our camper. Two weeks ago I received a mini split AC
I came to me leaking coolant so the team tried to get me a replacement unit but they don’t know when it will be in stock again so they are issuing me a refund.
I put 4 out of 5 just because I am sad that I can’t get a replacement.

I had an issue with a cracked core on my Instashower 8 Plus. Upon advising Fogatti customer care, they evaluated the situation have gone over and above the call of duty! I received a replacement unit in about a week. I was expecting a replacement core and got a complete replacement unit.

They have been extremely helpful and even though they didn’t have to help me out, they did. I am very impressed with how they have managed to help me with my situation with my instashower 9 issues on both times I’ve had to reach out to them. First time under warranty and they have replacement parts to me very quickly, second time outside of warranty and they were able to help me out!!! Very impressed!

I recently purchased a Fogatti InstaShower 9 Pro to replace the original Girard tankless water heater in my RV, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
