Focus 360 Energy Bewertungen

Sam at Focus 360 and Jessica our assigned assessor did a great job at providing us with sap calculations so quickly for our extension project as work had already begun and the information and report was required by building control for us to continue.

Very quick to call back when you make an online enquiry (within minutes on a bank holiday!) Very helpful and friendly at that point. Once they have your money they complete the report on time as agreed but if you have any further queries about your report (which is likely as they are very technical), you don’t get a response. I chased up my query and am still waiting. In the meantime I’ve found the answer elsewhere! Not the cheapest either so you’d expect good customer service both before and after taking your money!

The customer service was fantastic! Will, Alex and Sam all very knowledgeable patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Thank you

I am grateful to this company, which provides one of the best services. Highly recommended.

The guys at Focus 360 have been fantastic. When we had a last minute request from our client to provide a number of EPC surveys they stepped in to help out. Will kept us informed of progress throughout and was extremely helpful, even taking calls evenings and weekends.

Great service, fast turnaround

very kind and well experienced, complete our work in very short notice.
Thank you so much

Not sure this was worth the money. When you do all the work and the ‘professional does not even ask the right questions. With the correct software anyone could do this.

I had one of the best experiences dealing with Focus 360 Energy. I needed SAP calculations for building control and they were prepared by roughly 24 hours. Beyond amazing service and good dialogue prior to engaging them. Without doubt a huge 5 star.

Focus 360 Energy were responsive and returned the SAP calculations/ compliance report for our unusual straw bale project quickly and efficiently. It was good to be able to speak to the assessor and their email responses arrived to promised timescales.

They did exactly what they said they would on the date they said. When I had a query if no one was available the call back was very quick and they were very helpful. My only frustration was the software being used to communicate as this is not of the same quality as the people who were really excellent. I'd trust them to do it again and recommend them.

Prompt and polite

Great service, efficient and helpful advice provided.

Great communication and helped me understand requirements. Produced reports ina very timely manner. Many thanks!

I would like to thanks Will and Jess for their unwavering support ensuring a SAP calculation was accepted by an extremely difficult Building Control surveyor. The project went on for months and required real tenacity from Will and Jess.
They supported me on every step of the way and were happy to speak with building control multiple times! It would have been really easy for them to dismiss this project as too difficult, but they were completed invested in getting the approvals required. I will be forever grateful and highly recommend

Prompt reply from enquiry, Will was helpful from the outset and the report was completed exactly when they said it would be.would highly recommend.

I came across focus after a google search. They were cost-effective and fast. One team member Will helped me a lot, and gave some great advice.

I will certainly use them in the future

Excellent service received form the Focus 360 Energy team, we had 3 SAP EPC's commissioned in total with a hard deadline. The Focus 360 team were a joy to work with, communication throughout was great even on weekends and evenings which was appreciated, they went above and beyond to help us hit the deadline, we cannot recommend enough A******
