First time to order from this company. Absolutely delighted with the product ordered, which was a number of cut to shape foam pieces, for use as lap pads for resting Tubas/Euphoniums on thighs. I wasn't even sure if a company this size would consider this with an order this small and specific. The firmness of the foam is excellent, dimensions exactly as ordered and super fast delivery.

After reading positive reviews, I decided to make a purchase, only to find that the payment processing lacked transparency and good financial practices.

Despite stating that payments are processed by Stripe, the payment was actually taken on their personal website and not redirected to the actual Stripe website, as most businesses prefer to do.

Additionally, there are absolutely no alternatives for payment, no in-store or over the phone payment options, no PayPal, and no bank transfers.

Is it normal to have a mobile number for customer support, and when I call it, does it redirect to... hmm, to what country exactly?

I feel extremely unsafe with the way they handle payment processing, especially for orders over 1,000 euros

We’re repeat customers so we already knew the products were great but what took me by surprise was how great the service is time and time again, very polite & helpful staff working hard to get our parcels out, was expecting longer delays with the weather conditions around the storm but the delivery was still on time with all of the info i asked for in emails. Great experience as a customer thanks guys!

Received as ordered. Very fast service. The website has very helpful instructions to help with measurements and to choose the appropriate type of foam.

Absolutely brilliant, courier was a bit slow but the service is fantastic. My cushions arrived already made up, nothing to do but put covers on.Brilliant service. I ordered for the other couch straight away. Well done you guys.

I recently made an order with foam2home. Through a misunderstanding, my order arrived cut in a way that was not what I expected. I contacted customer service and they could not have been more helpful. They sent the correct order immediately and did not require any extra money. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ordered 7 replacement memory foam pieces of varying sizes to replace old pop top sponge for a camper on Tuesday, arrived two day’s later and fit perfectly! The website is easy to use and enter exact measurements & the speed of turnaround was very impressive. Would throughly recommend Foam2Home. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you!!

Very pleased with the service from foam2home! The online order configurator was straightforward & reassuring to use. My call to query & expedite delivery was actioned and I received it on day 4. If I'm honest, I found it a bit pricier than hoped, but the good service mitigated to a considerable degree.

Second time ordering. First a giant piece of foam with memory foam topper for a Great Dane’s bed! He loves it!!
And then a custom shaped piece for a window seat ! Extremely pleasant and patient contacts and delivery very quick and exactly what I wanted!
