Overall, it was a good experience.

Our overall experience was very good. The seat leg space are adequate. The staff is polite and cooperative. The flight departed and arrived as per schedule. I will definitely prefer to choose Fly Jinnah again.
The only minor issue I noticed was the securing mechanism of lower cabinet in the lavatory.

Terrible Fly Jinnah Experience: Delays and Lost Luggage
​We had a horrible experience with Fly Jinnah. The check-in process was extremely slow, involving a two-hour line. To make matters worse, they forgot our luggage. When we inquired, we were told the aircraft lacked capacity. We are now waiting for our bags. This poor service has ruined our vacation.

I recently traveled twice on flights between Sharjah and Islamabad, and unfortunately, my experience with the in-flight food service was quite disappointing.
• The meals were served very late on both flights.
• Several different crew members came four to five times to take my order, yet each time I was told:
“This item is not available, please choose something else.”
• Many food items listed were repeatedly unavailable, which created unnecessary inconvenience.
• When paying by cash, the crew did not have change for AED 100 or AED 500 notes. Instead, they asked the passenger to bring exact change, which is highly unprofessional for an airline offering paid meals.

Overall, the inconsistency, unavailability of items, and lack of preparedness by the crew made the food service experience extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope the airline management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future passengers.

Uncomfortable seat. There was no foam on the the chair and I was like sitting on a wooden chair for the length of my flight 😡

FlyJinnah’s pricing is misleading. When you book through their website, they add almost ₨ 800 convenience fee. But if you call them, where they claim there is no convenience fee, they simply increase the basic fare by the same amount. So you end up paying the exact same extra ₨ 800, just hidden inside the fare.

This kind of fee-shifting is not transparent and comes across as unethical. Airlines worldwide do charge service fees, but reputable ones clearly show them instead of disguising the same cost under a different label. Customers deserve honest, upfront pricing, not tactics that confuse or mislead.

Good experience over all! Only sky time is not available most of the time… either their switch is down or they just don’t care! I did ask flight crew member about the sky time WiFi issue and she goes ohh I don’t know. Lame!

Overall FJ is the best option available so far, especially, for domestic travel.
Adherence to flight schedule is the best quality of FJ.
Weight policy is also better as compared to other local airlines.
In-flight meals should be included in fares like other competitors.
Few staff hired from other airlines is strict in weight which may spoil the repute of FJ, especially, at Lahore Airport.

I travelled on the 17th of November 2025 from Lahore to Sharjah. The overall experience with FlyJinnah was amazing. The entire crew was good… but I would like to mention one crew member, Junaid, in particular. I wanted to buy a cup of tea onboard ,but wasn’t carrying cash with me and there was some issue with the card machine.
Junaid realised how much I was craving that one cup of tea and in 5 minutes got me a cup of tea free of charge. His gesture may have been small, but it meant the world to me. I wish other airlines would also train their crew to be as courteous and hospitable. Special thank you to Junaid. God bless…

Flight was on time and arrive well on time

Flew first time. Really good check in experience. Good professional crew on board.

Flying Fly jinnah ever since its inception has always been good. The briefing boarding , leaving the aircraft etc all r good
The food trollies r rather slow in dishing out meals. U have to work on that The crew on board is well trained nd efficient

We flew first time on Fj.We found excellent check in and amazing cabin and flight crew.Aircraft was neat and clean.Departure on time.Arrival landing was smooth.so we prefer to fly again.

From online booking until landing at the destination, the complete process remained up to the mark. Ground staff as also the cabin crew are very pleasing, courteous and helpful. Fly Jinnah remains my preferred choice for almost a year now

The leg space between the chairs is not enough . some of the cabin crew members
(Air Hostes) were smelling bad not taken the shower,, plus their red shoes were not polished which was spoiling the excellent color uniform's image
This is very annoying, this need to be taken special care to correct the situation

I recently flew with Fly Jinnah, and it was by far the worst airline experience I've had. My flight from Islamabad to Sharjah was delayed by over an hour, causing me to miss my connection to Istanbul. Despite being denied boarding, the airline provided no assistance, leaving me stranded at the airport for 48 hours without any support. The staff at Islamabad Airport were rude and unhelpful, and onboard, I was denied my pre-booked meal, which I had already paid for, and instead offered refused meals in a humiliating public investigation. It’s been over 3 months since I filed my complaint, and I’ve received no resolution. Fly Jinnah shows complete disregard for passengers, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Non-accomodating nature of people working in this company force me not to travel with this airline. Everytime i travel i have to face issues like delays and the only thing i or any person get in return is "sir we are sorry for the delay". However if a person gets 5 mins late than the regular check in time that is 45 mins before the flight . One has to listen that " Sorry sir you cannot board in this flight". Eventually people suffer financial loss along with the loss of precious time. The point is that the policies should be implemented on the airlines too or else they should pay the customers for delays aswell.

Fly Jinnah is excellent service than the existing private companies. AirArabia management and use of Air Arabia portal is very supportive and gives confidence. This first time we used Fly Jinnah operated by Air Arabia and i am very satisfied. The baggage allowance policy of 10kg hand carry is good.
