This was our first time selling a house, and Sherie and her team at Reali were very helpful in the process. We used their Concierge level service. We moved out of state and then put our house on the market. Once we moved out, we did not have to go back to do anything. They took care of cleaning, staging, inspections, etc. Sherie kept us informed at all stages of the process, and made things easy for us.

Ask for Daniel Tanori as your agent! After getting disappointed upon working with other realtors, we came across Reali through a Google search. Daniel was assigned to us as our buying agent and this being our first time as buyers in the Bay Area, we were missing out on a ton of information, but we’re glad that we had Daniel to help us. He is knowledgeable, patient and a very nice person to work with. He was always swift at whether it is booking a tour or following up with the seller's agent and/or answering to all kinds of concerns we had. And most importantly, he was always responsive and got back to our messages instantly. We never had to remind him about a single thing in the process, it was rather the opposite. Since our first conversation on the phone with him, until we closed and got the keys handed over, Daniel has been there for us. His enthusiasm has been as good as if he was buying for himself and which is very rare to find these days. Zim went above and beyond with helping us make a well structured and thought out decision instead of just being a ‘yes’ person. She was amazingly adaptive to our schedule when we had last minute changes. The time line that was provided also gave us an idea of the process that Zim had walked us through. We wish we could give Zim 100 stars. But 5 (the max amount) will have to do. She was a positive and friendly force of nature from the moment we talked to her. It felt like we had already been friends with her for years. She was energetic, and most importantly genuine and honest. She told us exactly what we needed to do and why we needed to do it that way, and why we should trust her. We did trust her, and she delivered big time. When selling our home, we got a cash offer higher than our asking price, and above what we were hoping for. She promised a smooth sail for the sale of our home – it is hard to believe anything these days, but it was exactly what she promised, and it genuinely felt like we were doing it with a trusted family member. Sherie was absolutely amazing. Responsive (especially with getting us scheduled for the 1:1 visits given Covid), punctual, and just overall on point. Never pushy, yet nudged us along at the right times when we needed it. Great advice on a personal letter to tell our story.
