Terrible this company missells their products i wish i had done my research first. I bought a dog bed bought large when it came it was not suitable for a dog at all will suit a small cat. Dont touch this company who are based in germany and you have to send it back tracked and you wont get a refund for up to 60 days.

Order never arrived. Company have been a nightmare to try and get money back from. Starting to think this may be a scam website.

I order a dog bed a few weeks ago have received nothing and no contact from them . Don't trust this company and don't mix it up with Mr Fluffy which is a completely different company and legitimate.

Difficult to return or exchange product due to costs of sending to Germany.
In contrast on website it says ,You can easily return or exchange unused items within 30 days of receipt. All details can be found in our return policy’.

Ordered a treat bag and tried to cancel after only 4 hours placing the order to be told they couldn't! Took 16 days to arrive (ships from China, site fails to mention that).
Bag is tiny being 5.5 ins high and 5 ins wide - NOT as displayed in the AI photos. Belt also missing. The refund policy is unlawful in that they expect the buyer to pay return costs - items not as described mean a full refund is due and seller pays return costs. AVOID this site.

Buyer Beware. I ordered a car boot liner which was described as being waterproof. Slow delivery taking several weeks from date of order.
Have had this 3months and all looked ok until milk dripped onto the liner which penetrated the liner within minutes.
When i questioned this with the company I was told it was too late to exchange. If you buy one check if its waterproof immediately!

Very poor quality item, covered in marks and scratches, very disappointing

I should have read the reviews before I placed an order! I ordered a treat bag for dog training. Their site showed a HUGE bag, with a belt.
What arrived could fit on my hand - and no belt. I emailed the company, who asked for photos and then ignored me for a further 2+ weeks. When I chased them up they asked me for the link on their site. Why should I need to send a link? They should know what is on their own site! They had my order number and details, so that should have been sufficient.

Cheap chinese rubbish and 'customer service' that try to fob you off. I do NOT recommend.

I would never use this website ever again. I would not even give 1 star. I am only giving it 1 star so I am able to write this review to warn other customers. Their website states that you need to contact them if you wish to return a product, however, when you request a return they try offer you 10,20,30% discount to keep the product. After tiring of explaining to them that the product was too big and that I wanted a refund and being constantly offered discounts and no return address, I ended up accepting 30% in the end as they also told me the refund could take weeks if I returned it, I ended up being persuaded as I was worn down. However the discount was never refunded and after numerous emails over a 2 month period now requesting it, they will still not refund the discount they offered or provide an address to return the product. They continuously state the refund is in hand, that it is with their accounts department, that it has been escalated that they are having system problems, please be patient. “Patient” after 2 months? Please be warned of this company. Do not use it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Item showing with Evri for the past week, numerous emails to Fluffy Friends to get it sorted and I want a refund...NOTHING!! BE WARNED, FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

If i could give zero stars I would. I ordered two cat beds but due to the constant wait for delivery I cancelled the order within the 14 day period. The beds finally arrived. The quality was appalling - no padding and definitely not fit for purpose for two elderly arthritic cats. I have contacted the company several times regarding returning the goods and asking for a full refund - guess what - no answer to any of my emails now at all. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to physically throw good money away - what a shower of ....

Poor experience with this company. I finally received the fleece for my dog but it had hole in it it had clearly been cut in the wrong place. I asked to return it but they offered a 10% then 20% refund but as it is faulty i know the hole will quickly become bigger if worn. This company gave me their return address in Germany but said I would need to pay the postage. The actual fleece is very thin and poor quality so there is no way it wont be unusable very quickly. I will contact my bank for help with the refund.

I wish I could give no stars. Ordered cat bed on 4/8/26. Said it was on way. There was no tracking, then they said out of stock. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting 15/9/26. They keep saying it's escalated give us more time. I have now had to get my bank involved to get my refund. I would never use this company, please avoid.

I ordered a rain coat for my dog on the 31st August'26 today is the 14th September but the order is still in CHINA. It has been at customs clearing for the last 10days. I requested a refund but they claim that the order has been 'dispatched' and I cannot cancel. This is the most atrocious company to deal with, HANDS OFF

Felt I had to write to give them some credit. Ordered dog igloo. Arrived within 10 days ( as stated on web page) Both me and pup are delighted with it. Well made and good for the price. Only gave 4 stars as company shit deceptive about where the goods are actually coming from

They delivered a dog muzzle, which had a piece missing so it was useless. Tried to get a refund, but they kept offering a discount. Said I could return it, but at my cost and said it would be expensive and take a long time for the refund( sounded like a threat). Been forced to complain credit card company

I wouldn’t even rate it as one star but I couldn’t write the review otherwise. It worked the first time but when I went to charge it up the second time the connection wouldnt stay in so needless to say it’s ‘b’ useless! I had to wait over three weeks for the delivery in the first place and of course it came from China.
Don’t be fooled by this company: don’t buy it.

Please don't use this company. All the goods are either very poor quality or don't work. I wanted a refund but had to pay for the item to be returned which would have been £22 so it's not worth returning! All the reviews on the website are fake as i posted a bad review and its been removed.
I wish I'd have checked trustpilot before buying anything from this scam company!!
