Extremely disappointing experience with FlowPouches. I placed my first order on October 1 after being promised delivery within 3–5 days. Not only did my order fail to arrive within that timeframe, but the company hadn’t even handed the package over to the shipping carrier.

After contacting customer service, I was informed that they were experiencing inventory issues that delayed order processing. Apparently, they had no problem accepting my payment and promising quick delivery despite these issues.

I requested that my order and recurring subscription be canceled and that I receive a full refund. Instead, customer service refused to cancel my order, claiming it had already been “processed.” Meanwhile, the tracking information continued to show that the carrier hadn’t even received the package.

Their solution? Wait for an order that hasn’t shipped, receive it whenever it eventually arrives, and then go through their return process. Absolutely ridiculous.

Because the company refused to resolve the issue, I have now filed a formal dispute with my bank and submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Creating a shipping label is NOT the same as shipping an order. Customers deserve honest delivery estimates, transparency about inventory availability, and reasonable cancellation policies.

This was my first experience with FlowPouches, and it will absolutely be my last.

Buyer beware. I would not recommend this company.

I put only one star because I haven't gotten to try mine yet. The website said "same day shipping" and mine hasn't even shipped yet after ordering it over a week ago... 😒

Ok. So the pros are amazing taste. Long lasting. The effects are notice within a few days and more noticeable after a few weeks.
The cons.... very long shipping times and lack of tracking customers orders. They say this is my second month... but its my 5th. Still no freebies they boast about...

I’ve been a smoker for ages, switched over to zyns and velos to keep from killing my lungs. Morning hack, stinking like an ashtray got old and then even older. The problem is that the zyn/velo pouches made my gums hella recede to the point I was worried about losing my teeth. Thought I’d give Flow a try to see if it would help slay the addiction beast. It’s been over a month now. I found it surprisingly easy to quit this time around. On withdrawal symptoms of any noticeable magnitude. Just a smooth transition to the Flow. Old dogs can learn new tricks. I’m waiting on my next order where I got an assortment to try some of the other flavors. I can hardly wait, checking the mail daily in hopes they’ll be there. Thanks to all at Flow, deep gratitude for the years that I’ll get stuck on to the back half of my life and won’t be gasping for air when I climb the stairs.

Love this stuff! Been a few months . Day 1 I was already feeling better. Sleep was better and easy to fall asleep. Waking up refreshed after switching! Chewed for almost 30 years and I would rather have Flow than the real stuff! Only wish I could get it in stores

Shipping sucks. Nothing ever updates on the tracking side. I would find someone better than DHL. Great products. Takes forever to get. How about this, I ordered something from another business on the same day, and got it yesterday. FedEx.

Pouches are solid. Effects are noticable. If you’re quitting nicotine, pace out your order. Shipping takes forever, so if you’re a pouch fiend, you’re gonna be back on nic while you wait for the next order to arrive. Which could be like two weeks.

Charged me over two weeks ago and have not sent the product. Keep telling me items are on the way, but tracking says otherwise. Product support has been very dishonest and not helpful. Just find something else.

The flavors and the everything is really good. I would caution if you are allergic to anything try it first, but you might have a slight reaction to it. You might not I don’t know, but I had a reaction to the orange OK

I was a chain zyn user for about 2 years. I began to use 6mg 6 times a day. I started using flow to substitute my addiction 2 months ago. By no means am I going cold turkey but it's reduced my habit to 3 a day. I have hope that I can progress to completely quitting.

Good clean ingredients that help me through my day. I notice a difference mentally for sure. Tastes great and even though I quit chewing yards ago it was so a daily struggle. Not anymore.

The citrus, mint, and wintergreen are all great! I just started about 2 weeks ago subbing these for camel Snus. More of the habit part of having something in my lip. Does a great job! Haven’t missed the Snus one bit!

Flow works! I’m not 100% sure about focus, ingredients and all that ish. But I am 4 weeks tobacco free and that’s all I care about. Thanks flow.

So far I have liked all the ones I have tried and these have helped me cut back on nicotine a whole lot. Down one can of snuff a week now. And does give u a small spike of energy.

100 times better than nicotine. Shipping takes way longer than it should. The pouches seem a little fragile and some break open in your mouth.

Vaping is the one thing I could not quit cold turkey, Flow helped me put the vape down once and for all. One of my orders did get messed up, but I reached out and the order got fixed. Great Customer service.

Gives clean energy and clarity

Excellent substitute for habit. Definitely better for your body than the alternative. Customer service is very good, not to pushy and they definitely have followup in place. Recommending to friends and family.
