- ви будили мене вночі бачучи що в мене канадський тел, дзвоните о 4-5й ночі за 190 гр доплати по арсесі яка є практично у Львові. Бачите що вас скидають а ви настійливо дзвоните 3-4 рази поки не добудили нас. Деградований сервіс що не може розібратися із годинами в Канаді

- далі за день до доставки пишете емейл що у вас бутони не відкрилися в той час коли всі базари переповнені любими квітами у Львові. Бачите що відповіді не має і не думаєте подзвонити щоб все зясувати за години до доставки. Ваші емейли сиділи в смітті і звичайно ми не сподівалися що щось може помішати, замовлення було проплочено за тиждень, доплата взята за 2 дні до поставки а за день ви пишете таку дурницю що намає оправдання

- не доставивши замовлення у вказаний час ви повністю зруйнували свято моїй найдорощій людині, це ій добавило повно стресу а мені і стресу і позору - з ким я звязалася. Весь зміст вашого бізнесу є у тому щоб бути вчасно і тим самим зробити несподіваний приємний сюрприз людині. А що ви зробити? Дивуюся що ви ще у бізнесі взагалі

- я дала можливість вам виправити проблему яку ви створили, замінити квіти на свій розсуд і таки доставити подарунок зранку. Так ви умудрилися замінити квіти на самі дешеві хризонтеми, букет вийшов не більш ніж на 250 гр і принесли огризок торту, який зовсім не відповідає фото великого торта що замовлявся. Тут ще вартість не більш 100 гр

- принесли цей подарунок не зранку а о 6й вечора наступного дня коли вже ні святкування ні гостей і нікому це вже не було цікаво

- доставлено було так курєром, що важко прокоментувати чи він буває тверезим

- у підсумку я із запізненням передала вами не гарні дешеві квіти та огризок торту - не більш як на 350 гр при оплаті понад 2000 гр

AVOID, it’s a scam.

Placed an order, paid, got order confirmation… followed by an email saying I need to pay extra for delivery.

I thought it was a bit cheeky to make extra charges having already taken payment from me so I went back and asked to cancel. Flowers.ua responded quickly saying refund being processed.

Lo and behold, it’s been 6 weeks and I am still emailing them every day asking for my money back, they have now stopped responding. It’s a complete scam.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I thought after reading lots of bad reviews about this company I should share my experience with them.
I live in England, my mum lives in Ukraine. It was her 70s birthday and i have ordered flowers, bottle of wine and a balloon the night before her birthday from this company. Everything arrived on time, flowers were fresh and beautiful, my mom was so happy! I just would like to say a huge thank you to this company because considering what’s going on in Ukraine right now they have done a brilliant job delivering my order on time. Thank you.

I used to use this service for a very long time. They provided a good service until now. I had ordered some flowers, chocolates, teddy bear for a girlfriend. The next afternoon they came back and said they want more money. Thats all that was said in the application and email. No explanation why. Then I contacted the company and they said they wanted more money because they could not deliver in the region and it was far from Odessa. Ok I agreed paid it off and they simply said they could not deliver on the day. My girlfriend is very angry and says I could not promise anything. To be honest a company is very good when they launch. Now I don't think I will be using them again. On top of the customer service rep was extremely rude. I suppose most companies jsut want profit and offer very little service when they start getting popular, usually down to very bad management, limited training and saving on staff on the front.

Я этим сервисом пользовался довольно часто. Любил иногда побаловать свою супругу. И до этого с ними проблем не было. Но всё изменилось когда я решил заранее заказать букет на День Святого Валентина.

Заказ должны были доставить между 9тью утра и 6тью вечера. Но никто ничего не доставил. И никто со мной не связался.

Около 8ми вечера я им позвонил. Они мне сказали, что произошли трудности с оформлением заказа и что его доставить смогут только завтра. На мой вопрос почему меня не предупредили они не смогли дать внятного ответа. Естественно, сюрприз на день святого Валентина испорчен.

Так как ничего другого не оставалось делать, то я таки попросил их доставить заказ на следующий день. Но они сказали что я должен доплатить, так как сегодня на этот самый букет действует другая цена! То есть, они накосячили, а мне ещё за это доплачивать!?

В общем, попросил их вернуть деньги и больше их услугами пользоваться не буду. У этой компании в Киеве есть куча более достойных конкурентов.

Ужасная служба доставки! Не рекомендую. Доставили не тот букет, что заказывала - вернула. В итоге не возвращают деньги. Служба поддержки вообще ни о чем, отписываются дежурными фразами в чате на сайте, уже 10 дней пытаюсь получить свои деньги (на секундочку почти 2000грн), по телефону обещают одно, по факту ничего не выполняют из обещанного. На имейлы вообще не отвечают! Верните деньги!!!

Excellent service delivery on time and customer service was excellent. I don't understand why this company have so many bad reviews!! 10/10 from me

Extremely bad service, terrible company, my flowers died because the florist did not protect them from the cold, they accused me that the flowers died in 1 hour. this delivery was important to me, and you ruined my birthday and mood for two days, 24 hours passed after delivery and the flowers are completely dead and can be thrown away. thanks!

Very bad service and the company feedback. An awful experience ordering flowers at Proflawers.ua. They are cheaters and deliver the worst composition, absolutely different than on the website picture. I ordered the flowers composition for my mum that almost cost 100 dollars. She received a crazy unprofessional bouquet that looks just like a .... and doesn't cost even 10 dollars. When I ask them to correct the situation and deliver what I did ordered, they were not answering at first, then just rudely refused it. Very disappointed and sad that my mom and I received the worst service for paying still not a small amount of money.

They run a scam operation!
They took almos twice the price of the order when I paid with Paypal, then received an email they would not process through paypal, and send me link to pay again with the same scam price inflated almost 2 times!
Contacted them and they said it will take 14 days to refund on Paypal and I should pay again with credit card on the link they sent me!
I reported to Paypal already this scam!

Highly do not recommend this "service". Take money and do not bother to provide anything. Stay away and save your time and nerves.

I ordered flowers to show my love for my untimely deceased mother on a day of her funeral . I couldn't physically be present on this sad day with my grieving family, so I thought that at least gorgeous flowers will provide some comfort to their hearts. Unfortunately I chose Flowers.ua . Roses arrived tired and dull. Instead of comfort I think they added some sadness..

The quality of the flowers and customer service of the driver was appalling. Instead of a birthday card they wrote a posted (a sticky note). Definitely not using this company ever again.

Заказал букет Тюльпанов в мае, оплатил, позвонили на следующий день сообщили что Тюльпанов в моем регионе нет предложили розы, я скрипя сердцем согласился. Потом они позвонили получателю испортив весь сюрприз ведь время доставки я указал, а потом опять связались со мной и выяснилось что в моем регионе и белых роз нет, и предложили мне розовые которые мне точно не подходили, ведь заказывал я желтые тюльпаны. В итоге, я отменил заказ и в День матери моя мать не получила цветы которые они же ей пообещали привезти. Никому не советую связыватся с этой компанией.

I ordered flowers, balloons, a cake and sweets for my Granny’s birthday. I placed the order from England online and the delivery had to be done to the village in Transcarparian region- Kamyanitsa, near Uzhgorod city. Following the payment I went to read the reviews online and got terrified thinking that my granny won't get a gift for her birthday as the reviews are not good. Surprisingly, I received a happy picture of my Granny - the order came properly. The flowers were fresh and everything matched the description and the look. I am very happy with the service and will use this guys again. I felt that my obligation is now to say good stuff about these guys as they deserved it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. BEWARE, TOTAL SCAM If you pay in USD they will charge almost double to your CC explaining that the exchange rate varies few times a day blabla. It does not vary 100% in value! Thiefs which take advantage of foreign customers. ON TOP OF THAT FLOWERS LOOK WORTHLESS ON DELIVERY! RUN AWAY!

Отвратительный сервис, цены выше рыночных.
Заказывала букет и торт на день рождение бабушки в Красный Лиман. Мало того, что цены подняли на 80% в связи со сменой региона, доставку запросили в немыслеммых 500 грн, так еще и доставили совсем другие товары, чем были в заказе.
Сервис и менеджеры, которые отвечают на сообщения - оставляет жедлать лучшего. Хамской отношение, отсутствие какого-либо стремления помочь, сразу закрывают чат.
НЕ рекоммендую данную фирму.

Service is terrible!!!! You will waste your money and they will ruin everything you have planned! Custom service is very rude and not educated. Scam!
Never ever use their service if you want things be done right with flower delivery! And by the way - flowers are never fresh. They lie about everything!

Same as for the other guys: chooses a product, paid directly with Apple Pay and now they report I haven’t paid and ask me for the reason.

Don’t throw your money on this gangsters - this is fraud!

The bouquet did not look like anything on the picture from the website. It was poorly done, lacking multiple attributes and a half size of the expected result. I am from a small town in Ukraine, but whoever runs this business on a country level must be responsible for the quality of the work. In addition to the bouquet i ordered a small fererro and rafaello which ended up in $90 CAD. Was embarrassed for my birthday gift to my mother. I do not recommend flowers.ua
