Ordered flowers for mothers day unfortunately mum had a fall so missed her delivery flowercard very kindly arranged another bouquet when she came out of hospital mum was over the moon flowercard were so helpful kept me update through email would highly recommend

Have to say customer service is excellent. My Mothers Day card was late and not the best however it was dealt with very professionally and swiftly. A replacement came which was lovely and can’t fault the company for the way everything was handled. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I made a mistake and the flower card was returned. A member of the team Amy contacted me. She took the time to resolve the issue and saw to it my daughter got her flowers. Just the boost my daughter needed after being told I have cancer. Thank you Amy and thank you flowercard. I will be back.

Ordered a flower card for Mothers Day was assured it would arrive on time, it’s now Wednesday and still no delivery you would think that paying such a high delivery fee you would receive it on time, I have emailed twice now and no response absolutely disgusting service

I've had the pleasure of receiving a flowercard and it was beautiful. So I thought id arrange for a card to be sent to my mum for Mothers Day.
While Royal Mail failed to delivered my card till the Monday 16th, I had emailed the CS team about it and got an email yesterday apologising for the delay and issued a refund of the delivery fee. While it wasnt ideal my mum loved the card regardless and the response from the team was quick and was dealt with without hesitation.
Albeit the company rely on RoyalMail (need i say more) this shouldn't be the reason not to order from them as the cards are beautiful.

I am so disappointed in your service.
I tried it for the first time after reading lots of good reviews. What a mistake.
You explain to check the writing, which I did, my mum on Mother's Day got delivered a dying bunch of flowers that have got the wrong names on!! I can't attach photos for evidence, but have sent an email.
I'm guessing there will be another disappointed mum somewhere with the wrong name.
Requested refund and some flowers which aren't half dead but no response.
Really disappointed and let down by this service as a first time buyer. With the idea being lovely and a perfect thing for Mother's Day, executed so poorly and caused more upset than it's worth.

I couldn't get in to see my grandmother due to being ill so was relying on this getting to her so she knew I was still thinking of her. Tried phoning and a couple of emails but no response. Very disappointed. Won't be ordering again!

I ordered for mother's day and nothing came and it said to be delivered in mother's day and so I payed out however nothing came and im very very disappointed and the replying to my emails they way they do just shows how little they care.
After 2/3 days they refunded the postage to me.

Ordered flowers on Friday for Mothers Day and recipient did not receive them on Mothers Day as paid for. Really upset and spoilt what would have been a lovely day.Will not use this company again despatch promptly suggest you use a different courier

I ordered two items for my Mother and Grandmother for Mothers Day. What I received was nothing like the images on the website. It's a shame I can't add photos to this review but the items i have received have hardly any flowers in them and are not worth the amount I paid. I am beyond disappointed and will never order from or recommend this company to anyone!

My husband sent me a flower card for Valentine’s Day it didn’t arrive as expected as the roses had wilted in transit.
I contacted customer service and a lovely lady called Amy could not have done more to help. The following day I received an absolutely gorgeous teacup flower arrangement.
I would 100 percent recommend flowercards gorgeous products and fantastic customer service.

Terrible service! I requested a card be sent to my husband today, Friday the 13th for valentines. They've told me it won't be delivered until tomorrow when it's closed and he's not there!!!!!😡

There was a problem with a delivery of my flowercard to my friend, which at the time seemed surprising as my experience of Flowecard has always been excellent. Following them contacting me to express their concern, they offered and suggested a replacement. My friend contacted me yesterday to say she is delighted. Her accompanying photo also showed how lovely the flowrcard is.
Thank you so much for understanding and listening to my concerns. A cousin has a birthday coming up and I will definitely be ordering a Flowercard for her.
