Monthly posy subscription, very repetitive.

They seem to use the same base of white daises, white carnations and similar fillers/greenery each month, so they have all ended up looking very alike (had this mix for at least 3 months out of 4 so far). Would be nice for some variety/ a bit more seasonal. Had some berries at xmas which was nice (but then virtually the same posy again in January), and are the only seasonal touches I can see. Nice size and look pretty in a vase, but not sure will renew.
I don’t think I want to see a white carnation or white daisy chrysanthemum ever again after this ha!

Diabolical customer service - I treated myself to a monthly subscription. Second month in and no flowers arrived. - should be dispatched close to 15th of the month. Money taken from my bank. I messaged them, then I emailed and emailed and emailed them. Finally got a reply on 29/12 to say it must be a tech error but they couldn’t send me flowers because they were CLOSED FOR TWO WEEKS. Clearly no checks done. No offer of goodwill, just a refund which will take TEN DAYS to reach my account.
I’d already given them a chance when a posy that someone ordered for me arrived in a cheaper vase to the one paid for and with a big crack in it. Who closes for two weeks at one of the busiest times of the year. Nothing on their website. No contact telephone number. I’ll be cancelling the subscription once I get my refund.

First time using this company, and not impressed. Flowers were delivered several days late, and half are dead as a result! No customer service details can be found to feedback. A shame really as they were a gift for a birthday, so its quite embarassing!

Fuming! I ordered flowers and they arrived a day late for the birthday! Will not use this company again.

Very disappointing that the flowers arrived late - not on my niece’s birthday as requested. There should be a much more prominent note on the website saying that they may arrive late with an added suggestion that if required for a specific date ( eg a birthday) they should be ordered for a few days earlier.

Mostly dead despite being put in water the minute they arrived. Waste of money

This is the first time I've used Flowerbe but am really impressed. I ordered 3 waxed non water amaryllis bulbs for Christmas gifts for delivery on a certain date they arrived on requested delivery date well boxed & in a box with instructions & the amaryllis bulb wrapped in tissue with an extra outer wrapping to make the bulb look special. I'm sure my friends will love them as would I if someone had sent them to me.

I’ve used this wonderful company 7 times now to send posies to friends and family. Each and every time they are received with oohs and ahhhh! Absolutely gorgeous flowers perfectly packaged and they last so long too. Included is an elegantly handwritten note relating your greetings/words. Five stars easily given.

I ordered an Autumn posy as advertised in the picture on site. The recipient sent a photo of flowers she received which were nothing at all like the posy I had ordered! I complained to the company with photos of the posy and the flowers received, requesting a full refund or delivery of the posy as advertised. No apology received, just an email refunding the full amount.
