Beautiful flowers 💐, great ordering process!

Flowers were good, but website is awful. So difficult to put recipient's details, and in fact delivery had my name on it. Not only that - received ad in the post addres3d to my recipient.

Lovely flowers really pleased with them and would buy again...
A little disappointed with the vase as the neck is quite narrow and not as per the picture..however still happy...

As always, recipient was delighted with the quality and look of the flowers and the pretty glass vase. Delivery was on time. I can highly recommend and will use again!

I ordered one of these posies as a little surprise for my friend who was starting a new job. I was a bit disappointed that the posy didn't arrive on the day I had requested, but I suppose these things happen. I was bothered that the flowers would have wilted by having such a long time in transit during the current hot weather. I needn't have worried...when the delivery was made, all that was included in the box was two pieces of paper containing my gift message and not a single flower. I have contacted FlowerBe about this, attaching photos and have received no response. Very disappointing - the moment has passed now and the surprise for my friend is ruined.

Beautiful flowers and vase but delivery took a week!

I have ordered these beautiful flowers before and they're always absolutely gorgeous.
This time, it seems as though The parcel was left outside the house, rather than posted through and it unfortunately went missing.
I contacted Flowerbe to let them know and they sent out a replacement straight away. I am so pleased that they offered to do this, it really is a good sign of a great company.

First bouquet ordered went a little astray with the Royal Mail 24 service which was not Flower Be's fault at all. Customer Services very quick to answer and send a replacement to my aunt.
The original bouquet (photo) did recover well even with the delay in transit too.
Will definitely use this company again!

Sadly the posy I'd ordered wasn't delivered on the date ordered. No despatch details. Thinking maybe it's a scam. Tried e-mailing, no reply - tried calling no answer. Shame as they looked like nice products.
...And so it appears that FlowerBe do exist. They wrote saying they had a technical glitch and had sent out the flowers - which have now been received. Very nice they are too. I still don't know why they couldn't answer the phone or why they couldn't tell me before today that there was a technical glitch. Would I buy from them again - low possible chance.

Super pressie for my friend's birthday, great service arrived on time,value for money.

The flowers arrive on time and the receiver was very pleased they were as seen in the picture

Subscribed to a monthly bouquet thought it looked cute and not a bad price however the reality was a box of wilted flowers heads missing not what I expected!!!! I gave them a second chance with the next month nothing arrived on my day of delivery 3 times I tried to contact nothing eventually got a response and told it would arrive soon it did but again poor quality lasted 4 days until I had to bin cancelled my subscription poor customer service not good quality flowers very disappointed 😞

I recently ordered a flower arrangement from FlowerBe as a gift, but what arrived looked nothing like the advertised photo. It was a huge disappointment, especially since it was meant for a special occasion. I was embarrassed by the poor quality and the stark difference from what was promised.

I contacted FlowerBe to resolve the issue but received no response at all. Other reviews are right—their customer service is absolutely terrible. The product was almost as bad. I’ll be seeking advice from Trading Standards.

Avoid this company and take your business elsewhere!

FlowerBe are simply the best letterbox flowers, I have sent numerous flowers from this company, the flowers are long lasting, and elegant. they are the perfect size for a thank you or a thinking of you. would highly recommend.

My friend was delighted with her posy, she said every time she looks at the flowers they bring both joy and pleasure.
A great way to let someone know how much you are thinking of them.
