Problem resolved quickly
Problem resolved quickly, effectively and smoothly by Matthew at FloridaTix. What happened was I had placed an order Thursday for over £500 and no email had arrived, panicking I re checked the screenshot I took, worried it was maybe a fake site, but I realised my Autofill had picked up an email from years ago... so I messaged the company on a Saturday and with 4 hours had my tickets arrive to the correct email! Thank you so much for your quick response and resolving this for us!

I spoke to Matt today
I spoke to Matt today, and he was a very friendly and helpful gentleman from the outset. I would say he's now close to becoming my second favourite Brummie, behind my team leader, who still holds the top spot!
We had a very engaging conversation regarding the parks and the ticket package I purchased. Matt was extremely informative, took the time to answer my questions, and helped me understand the various options available. We also spoke about a range of related topics, which made the whole process enjoyable and straightforward.
I will likely be calling back to book one additional item once I've crossed the t's and dotted the i's. I also intend to leave a further review after I've had my experience in the parks, as I'll then be able to provide a more complete assessment of how easy everything was to navigate, including the ticketing process and extras such as the weeklies.
