Great customer service
Had a small issue with some tickets which was very quickly and efficiently resolved by Matthew from the Customer Experience Team. A great company, would highly recommend, top customer service, especially Matthew who was super helpful and really quick to respond.

And he was a pleasure to chat to and booked my tickets there and then. It was quick and easy and he was patient whilst I completed the booking at my side. Got there in the end
My deposit was taken ok but the following day i had a reminder to pay the balance
Following the link provided did not work
Upon calling customer services was told "the website was down and should be working in a few hours"
This went on for 4 days
I gave up trying knowing that they would get in touch. And then i got a mail saying i had 72 hrs to pay or loose my deposit
I had to reply to this mail before getting another mail with a different link
This did work ...made it more difficault than it needed to be

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to repeatedly try to make your balance payment, only to find the link wasn't working.
We're pleased that we were ultimately able to provide you with an alternative payment link so you could complete your booking, but we appreciate this was far more difficult than it should have been. Since then, we've been working hard to resolve these issues and improve the experience for our customers.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked through these launch issues. We hope you have a fantastic trip, and thank you for choosing to book with us.

Disney pass not linking
I called FloridaTix after having a number of unsuccessful attempts at linking my Disney passes. I spoke to a very lovely lady called Jennie and when i explained my issues, her tone sounded like she already knew what i was doing wrong. Jennie was very helpful and kind and sent me some foolproof instructions on how to link the passes which worked instantly. I imagine i wasnt the first person Jennie had dealt with regarding this but she was very polite and friendly and told me to call back with any further problems. I even joked I will be the first person it wont work for but i was wrong. Jennies knowledge and prompt actions resulted in a very quick update to my disney account. We need more Jennies in the world of customer service, friendly, helpful and knows her stuff. Thank you Jennie!
