Jeff, who delivers our arrangements, has been great!
However, I think the quality of the flowers is not always the best...tears in the leaves and pedals, missing blooms and dusty inside the vase in the area that looks like the water. Regardless, we do get lots of compliments!

Love the arrangements and the delivery man.. (sorry forgotten his name) is very easy to deal with.

I've been with Floral image for the past 8 months. What made my experience amazing is not just stunning arrangements but the personalized approach of my rep, Goncalo. He took his time to learn what look I was looking for, what theme I was looking for each month and made sure to bring me multiple options to choose from every month. He paid attention to details and made sure to leave me happy with each choice every single time. He was punctual with his delivery, always polite and made the delivery day feel like your birthday! The arrangements were always clean, beautifully arranged and gave my foyer the grand look I always sought. Definitely staying with Floral image and Goncalo!
