I had a issue at first when I noticed there was a transaction taken out that I didn’t make and never even heard of this company until yesterday so not really sure how that happened but anyways I was luckily able to receive the help and support that I needed in order to resolve this mishap and will definitely think of buying from them later on down the road when I have the extra cash to do so thank you again for your support and patience in helping me!

To signed up for this as it was presented for someone as something different. It was not what I had thought. I asked for a refund and they quickly took care of the credit back to my care.

I never used this service was unaware I was even signed up but think it is taken care of now

The customer service is very good! They solved and satisfied my issue very quickly! The only problem that should be addressed is that they inform the customer before an item ships that their will be other charges for shipping and taxes that need to be paid before getting the package.

I got charged for a membership I didn't know of, but escalation team was able to help me out with a refund of the amount that was taken out of my bank account.

I didn’t realize I was subscribing. I explained the situation to the customer service team. They were prompt with a solution.

Website is misleading don’t make any sense

I was unable to cancel my account the day I tried therefore had to contact customer service through email to try and stop the charges for my account. I just got an email 3 days later to say they were going to give my money back but would need to wait 12-24 hours to have my account completely deleted. I was happy to finally get through to someone and get my money back.
