Thanks for your review, we are very sorry that the sample did not arrive. Gosh, that is very disappointed indeed to give one star. We send out hundreds of free samples each week and a very small percentage maybe don't arrive. Your sample was sent out on the 1st, the day after your request came through, on our next despatch date. According to Royal Mail, we send out samples on Royal Mail 24 hour service, the samples were delivered on the 2nd at 11.47. We have checked and we did send it to the address on your request.
We understand your frustration at not receiving the sample and would maybe have suggested just giving us a quick call or email and we would have been happy to resend it, thus avoiding your disappointment.

Big thanks to Fran for a very straightforward purchasing and delivery experience. I rarely write reviews, but have been really impressed with Floorsave from start to finish. Their free samples were better quality than all the other flooring companies I looked at. The prices were fair. Delivery was inexpensive and I was given a personal call after buying online to talk through the shipment details. A minor issue with delivery was resolved by a single phone call. Would happily shop there again in future

Excellent service and quality
From ordering to delivery the service was flawless. The vinyl laminate flooring is well made and accurately manufacturered so fits together without gaps. Some of the boards were damaged by strapping cutting through the package but I was still able to use them for ends or beginning of a row. I always lay laminate in a economically way and rarely have much more than 2% wastage, so I have a box over and I'm looking to use that on another project but will now have to order a few boxes more!
