Help was great your process to order is abysmal. It required multiple phone calls, and explanations just to describe that. I’m ordering from my billing address to a different address for the delivery. Everything kept getting rejected wouldn’t accept the debit card then it wouldn’t initially accept the credit card having to call four people to get an order is ridiculous although the people were great trying to help me your process and procedures make someone wanna go elsewhere

They delivered to the wrong location
They delivered to the wrong location. I never signed for it and they didn't offer any type of compensation. I had to hire movers to move the rolls which took hours and cash. Very displeased.

Our flooring products are shipped via freight and are delivered as **curbside deliveries**, meaning the carrier delivers the shipment to the receiving location but is not responsible for transporting the material throughout the building or onto the property. We know that having to move the rolls from the delivery point was an inconvenience, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused.

Judith was all over it. All I needed to do was give her the item name, description and quantities and she had my order placed in no time!
As an aside, I'd had the order in the cart on your website, but was unable to process it. There's a bug in your form's code somewhere.
