Kristen was a great help with planning my bathroom renovation and an additional fireplace. We will use Floor Covering Brokers for future needs.

We ordered a laminate product after visiting the showroom. We were specifically asking for a 12 mm thick product for a project with floor issues. We were told the one we picked out was 12 mm. When we were setting the tolerances for the wall trim, I called to double check the thickness and found out it was only 7.5 mm thick. We relied on the professional staff to know their products. Also, we found that the price we were charged was not the sale price listed on the web site. In the end we were able to reorder a different product at the correct price, but it was a hassle to have to plead our case and push for a resolution.

Kristen did a great job helping us determine which flooring would be best and made the whole process simple and easy.

From Kristen's expertise and knowledge helping me with materials and design to Mike doing an absolutely first rate installation AND clean-up!! We are SO happy with the results. FCB will be on the team doing our next house for sure.

Service was great and timely. Prices were good. The rugs I bought (Dalyn Geneva in Gray and Taupe) are beautiful and appear to be well made (time will tell). So far very satisfied!!

We have had two great experiences working with Kristen at the Traverse City Store. They have an excellent flooring selection, great installers, and Kristen always added such a personal touch. They always showed up on time and responded promptly to any questions. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We had wonderful customer service UNTIL we purchased our flooring and had to wait for delivery. We were told it would be approximately three business days until it came in. We are currently sitting at the two week mark and cannot even get a return phone call to our multiple voicemails we've left! Unbelievable. And because we'd like our flooring to match, they know they've got us. Very disappointed.

Jim was very helpful and polite; measured and figured and answered questions. Adjusted amounts as I decided to pare down the number of rooms. Sent a great installer to prepare the unexpectedly rough surface for installation, and to install. The flooring looks wonderful.
