Paid by card - no communication, nothing recieved
Paid by card, money debited immediately. The order confirmation still asked me to transfer the amount – I replied the same day explaining I had already paid, no answer. Asked in the live chat a week later and was told the parcel would go out that day. Three weeks on: no delivery, no refund, no reply to any message.
I ordered from them successfully two years ago, so it doesn't look like a fake shop. But right now they take the money and then go silent.
