The product is excellent, is easy to use and set-up was easy. The optional check valve mates directly with the valve assembly and is worth the $$.
Something went wrong with the shipping with everything loose inside a big box banging around. Luckily nothing was damaged. Whether poor packing or carrier problem is unknown.

Hello. Auto shutoffs are always due to flow that exceeds the parameters of your settings. Please give our North Carolina-based technical support team a call and we can educate you further on the system and help you dial in your settings. The sensors are unreliable and the 5 year warranty is not actually 5 years. The company has hidden the warranty on their website so you must rely on their employees who later tell you that their faulty sensors are only warrantied for one replacement. Apparently they know how poor their sensor quality is so one they send you a replacement it is no longer warrantied.

However, FloLogic was very responsive in helping to diagnose the problem with the install.

We had the flow logic installed with 20…
We had the flow logic installed with 20 sensors throughout our home. The installer had told us that the sensor used our Internet, but he was incorrect as it used your proprietary Internet. Unfortunately, the sensors have very weak signals and I get at least four messages a day that they are reporting or not reporting. We did put in an extender and that did not help. It is quite annoying.
