I bought a floating experience as a gift, tried it myself and loved it, so I decided to get a membership. Unfortunately, everything went very wrong.

First, I was given a dirty capsule, with dirt rising through the water while I was there. I was then moved to another capsule, which was broken, and I got stuck inside for several minutes and panicked. It gave me serious concerns about how well the equipment is maintained and cleaned, obviously the mechanism was heavily affected by salt build-up that was not properly cleaned.

The staff(kind lady called Melissa) kindly paused my membership after the incident, but after some time I decided I did not want to continue. Since then, they have ignored my calls and emails while continuing to charge me for the membership.

Very disappointing experience. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I had such a great time at Float Hub! The place has such a calm, relaxing vibe the second you walk in. The staff ( in particular Katia) were super kind and made sure I knew exactly what to expect before the float, which really helped me relax.

The float itself was amazing — it’s hard to describe how peaceful it feels to just completely let go and drift. The pods were super clean, the water was the perfect temperature, and I left feeling totally refreshed and recharged.

If you’ve been thinking about trying it, do it! It’s the perfect way to reset your mind and body. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My wife and I went for our first ever float and opted for the couples float. We were excited and slightly apprehensive, but we were met by the most wonderful manager at Float Hub.

Melissa is awesome and really made us feel welcome, special and reassured. She provided really attentive care throughout, and was a pleasure to chat to as well.

The couples float itself started out a little disconcerting for us both but we settled into it fairly quickly and soon began to enjoy the experience. By the end, we had already resolved to plan our return for individual floats to get a true sensory deprivation experience. We left feeling relaxed and even enjoyed an 'afterglow' for the rest of the day.

The excellent instruction and rapport, the fact that you truly didn't need to bring anything with you to be able to float, the shower facilities inside the float room, the vanity room, the relaxation room with complimentary teas, and the experience itself all contributed to a special experience. And we genuinely believe that a good experience was elevated into a fantastic one because of Melissa's care and attention.

I really enjoyed my float, I had a stressful week and after my float I was very relaxed. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Alessandro explained everything to have a great experience. I will be booking again!

Great facilities with welcoming staff members. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Alessandro was helpful and walked me through the float experience. Looking forward to visit again !

What an amazing experience!
To be honest, I was a little sceptical at first, but I gave it a shot because my brother insisted on it.
The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, and Alessandro did a great job by explaining the entire experience.
I was a little concerned as I was experiencing neck ache while in the tank.
I have multiple back issues, and I wasn't sure if it was acceptable to have that kind of pain.
In any case, the discomfort subsided in a matter of minutes, leaving me feeling extremely at ease and in a contemplative condition.
I went to the powder room and took a shower after the tank, such a nice touch :-)
In addition, they have a tea room where you may relax and enjoy a tea after the treatment.
To get the most out of my treatments, I was told to have a few of them.
I went on Friday, but because I wanted to see how it turned out, I waited a few days to write the review.
Personally, I am eager to go back.
In a few weeks, I intend to return to assess the effectiveness of treatment for my back discomfort.
