Es una estafa me quedaron debiendo 5 meses, porque pague un año. Desde Octubre 2024 no responden, llevo dos meses insistiendo y buscandolos en redes y nada.

Enfocada a perder el miedo a hablar
Me parece una plataforma enfocada a perder el miedo al hablar, muchos tenemos conocimientos de ingles pero al no ponerlo en practica no sabemos que tan bien o que tan mal somos capaces de hablar y eso nos hace inseguros, con esta plataforma e ido recuerdando mi seguridad y mi motivacion al hablar, solo me gustaria que incluyeran alguna herramienta para aprender mas vocabulario

feedback about UI/UX Experience

I think that they should improve the UI and UX experience in the platform.
For example:
when i try login from their website its impossible! because there is no login button on the website fliptalk.online ( also i think that would better have a .com).🤓
Maybe you could put a simple button on the header with a hiperlink.
Also it is not very intuitive the platform when you are inside. for example when you want change between modules, or whwn i want look my personalized classes. And their pop up feature (When you click on the button with your name) its awful.
Also i think that 15 minutes is a short time for a class, i don't know, maybe 20 or 25 for have time to questions.🤔🤔
Your support chat i'ts great, 👌I think. The teachers too.
Also I think would be good have a native app but with good web app (website) well designed its ok. 😬
And the resources of class I think that its ok too, i like the stories. 🤗
The translate feature it's great to !👌👌
You just underline and automatically it translate.
The teachers always be on time ❤️❤️. and in fliptalk they have a support on Whatsapp and it is good.
Have a teacher anytime It's awesome too, because you can take a lesson when you want 24/7. and you can choose if you take a lesson with a teacher that only speaks English or a teacher that speaks Spanish too.
Another thing that would be amazing would be that you could synchronize fliptalk with google calendar or the calendar of your pc or mac.

Hello Roi. Thanks for your feedback. We have just launched a new platform and we are improving our UX/UI so students can have a great and easy experience.
Also, based on most of our student feedback, we realized that 15 minutes 1 on 1 speaking classes are useful for them as they can take as many as they want and they don’t feel too much pressure.

Es una excelente plataforma! Recomendada 100%. Podés aprender y tener clases personalizadas desde el día 1. A su vez podés repetir las clases, las veces que quieras y sin costos ocultos. Espero sigan así!
