Great service overall, although I had to book and pay extra for my chosen seats, as I was not made aware at the time of booking the flights, that allocated seats were not included. Very helpful adviser Eric, booked the seats I chose, for an additional fee. Expensive but worth it for the peace of mind.

Very annoyed at being misled by this company. In searching for a flight to Turkey I followed a link which I thought was to Lufthansa and another to Turkish airlines. In both cases the page which opened had a photograph of the corresponding aeroplane with a form to complete to find availability. When they contacted me, I thought I was speaking to someone from these companies when in fact it was flight house. Unfortunately we booked the flights with them. As it was weekend we did not get the tickets until Monday, quite a stressful weekend as I thought we had been scammed. We did get the tickets, but I’ve since discovered we could have booked the same flights ourselves with easyJet for £200.00 less directly through the easyJet website. I hope this information helps people. Check carefully what page you are on. You will see flight house in the small print, very misleading. Scott tried to help me “remember” that he had said he was from flight house but he did not. Scott said he understood why I was anxious when the tickets couldn’t be issued right away, he said they are a good company. If you are a good company why do you need to mislead people? I have lots of experience in booking holidays and it’s not often I get things wrong. Flight house need to change their customer approach and stop misleading people.

This was the first time I used flight house for my travel . I dealt with Adan who was very efficient, very polite and nothing was too much to ask and always got back to me as promised.He organised my trip exactly to my requirements . Would highly recommend . Well done Adan .

NO! NO! NO! had a problem with a spelling error on my ticket tried to rectify with the them, they sent an email to the airline and subsequently, cancel my name for the PNR without my consent, whereby i was allowed to board the flight but unfortunately my name was not on the PNR upon my return, i had to pay extra money to reissue the ticket absolutely joke! never again sorry.

Fantastic First Experience: I recommend booking flights, to your chosen destination with the Flight House Travel Company; because the In December 2021, I had a bereavement in Jamaica and needed to attend the funeral during this very difficult time. At short notice, the representative BH was extremely supportive and secured me a BA ticket for my journey. His professionalism excelled,when I contacted him, as, I was unable to return back to the UK on the allocated date. BH advised me to complete the passenger Locator Form; prior to attending the KJ Airport; and assisted me with the upgraded purchase on my ticket, this was reasonable value for my money. I consider this to be an impeccable customer service.

i had need of this service when flight details were changed. i spoke with a gentleman called bruce ,w,hayden, & even though out of hours he got back to me immediately, to help me with my problem. he put my mind at rest & checked everything for me so that i had no problems when flying , would recommend using him & flight house as they are very helpful & understanding, & will always help you with any problems you have.
