Due to the pandemic our flights T/R Barcelona - Singapore got cancelled in April 2020. Flightfinder offered to take care of the refund for us for a fee which we agreed to. We did not hear anything and in October 2020 we contacted the airline directly (Turkish Airlines) and they confirmed they have refunded the tickets to Flighfinder. Flightfinder are ignoring our calls and messages, we even sent a formal written complaint to their head offices without any response. Now I see the flightfinder.es is not working anymore. BIG FRAUD this company, stay away.

I bought a fly ticket more than one year ago. The flight was cancelled due to the current pandemia. They never give me my money back and the support I received from this company was zero. I highly recommend not to buy any ticket from this company.

As with everyone else (practically), we booked our flight through Flightfinder.es back in 2020; the flight got cancelled due to Covid, and we were offered a compensation or rebooking, we choose compensation minus their commission. In December 2020, after months of messages, they finally got our money from the airline, asked for our banks details, - AND DISAPPEARED. We’ve provided all the details and our written consent about their commission to be kept, but they have not responded to any of our messages ever since. We’re in contact with the lawyers to see what can be done. But will never book anything through Flightfinder ever again , and 100% NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone..(((

Compré en enero 2020, 2 billetes desde Coruña con destino a Miami para mayo.
En marzo me adelanté a lo que podía pasar (cancelación por COVID-19) y les pregunte como podíamos hacer en casa de que se anulase el vuelo, me contestaron al mes diciendo que hasta que no se oficializase la cancelación no se podía hacer nada.
En mayo fecha del vuelo me aparece el vuelo cancelado me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que para reembolsos me ponga en contacto con la compañía con la que íbamos a volar (Air Europa). En Air Europa que tengo que ponerme en contacto en ellos ( en fin).
Después de un año y tropecientos correos sin contestar por parte de Flighfinder HOY en Air Europa me confirman que hicieron el reembolso a la compañía el 7 de Agosto. Y yo no tengo forma de contactar con ellos.
No se que hacer.

Flightfinder is the definition of fraud par excellence so believe me, if you haven't had to deal with their non existent customer service, consider yourself lucky. It has been one month trying to reach them for a reimbursement, and the only answer we received was a copy pasted one that did not only consider any personal situations but also did not provide any useful information whatsoever.

After that communication, they decided to erase themselves from the face of earth.

Sadly, my case is not an excepcional one (check their Facebook page and you will see how it is plagued of other rightly angered costumers).

My experience with them has been disappointing, frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Don't book any flights with them.

Reservé dos vuelos Madrid - Barcelona que fueron cancelados por la pandemia. Ahora, reclamo la devolución del importe del billete y me dicen que no puedo solicitarla, puesto que ya he pedido un vale (cosa que no es cierta), y que si quiero el reembolso del importe, tengo que pagarles una tarifa de 39 euros. En resumen: ESTAFADORES Y LADRONES.

Yo por fin he conseguido que me cambien el vuelo mandando e-mails, sin que me cobren los 45€. Querían cobrarme por cambiar un vuelo para que coincidiese con el otro que me había cambiado una de las compañías aéreas. Encontré este teléfono: 911987777, pero no lo llegue a utilizar, no sé si funciona...

Hola, estoy como vosotros tengo unos billetes para Tailandia en julio y me han dicho en Emiratos que están devolviendo el dinero o un bono por dos años pero debe ser atraves de flightfinder, he mandado muchos correos y no recibo respuesta. Alguien de los que habéis contactado me podéis decir cómo lo habéis hecho???

Al final tras larga espera por tema de coronavirus la compañía devolvió el dinero

Compré un billete el cual ha sido cancelado por el covid19. La opción que me dan,después de preguntar varias veces, me mandan el enlace de la cia aerea que al sí incluye el reembolso pero me dicen que tardan mucho en devolverlo y que me cobran 39eur por persona por la cancelación.
El 18 de marzo la UE ha emitido una guia para los pasajeros en esta excepcional situación.

Tienen que devolver el importe íntegro de lo que hemos pagado por el billete, sin gastos de administración.

Estoy deacuerdo de hacer una demanda conjunta.

Me cambian un vuelo a otro día que nunca he pedido y luego para meterme en el vuelo del día que iba a viajar, me piden 45 euro
Así que hora si no pago los 45 euros tengo viajar cuando ellos dicen
En cima me dicen que esto es lo que he aceptado en las condiciones generales, en las famosas letras pequeñas

A mistake was made with my second last name on the reservation, then they charged me 150€ (when the Airlines were telling me that it only costs 37€), and all throughout the communication was terrible: no accessible phone number, so we could only talk through a very slow online messaging system (they sometimes have taken over 24 hours to answer back), and always in a very dry and uninterested way. Basically, once they have your money, you don't matter much to them. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN.

Booked a British Airways flight (operated by Americans Airlines) for a round trip flight from LHR to PHX. I gave all my personal information and one of my surnames was still left off my flight reservation (despite all four names being saved as my personal information on my booking). I’ve contacted client support, which is only via online messaging, and was told it was not possible to make any changes, as all my flights were with different airlines (all my flights are BA flights operated by AA). Then I contacted BA support and was told to have Flightfinder contact their trade support to make the change. I relayed this to Flightfinder/FlyUvet and was told that I should try and contact BA support to ask for a change. At this point, I’ve been left with no options to correct the situation before my flight tomorrow morning. Really poor form and lack of reponsibility on both sides.

Hace tiempo que no encontraba una agencia que respeta el precio que aparece desde el principio en el comparador de vuelos. Sin gastos añadidos de gestión o según la tarjeta o el método de pago. Sin sobrecostes ocultos.
Bastante rápido el proceso de reserva.

Booked a return flight and due to unfortunately missing my outward flight, they have just cancelled the return, with NO
notification, no information provided, no refund, no explanation, no assistance at all! Awful customer service! They took my money and refuse to pay back for what THEY have cancelled. Absolutely unjustified and without any logic! Avoid this company and its affiliates!
