I brought two tickets today to Fort Lauderdale. I was given the price of 280.00 dollars. It had not cleared my bank so I called flightfare and they told me the tickets had went up to 900.00. I told them to cancel this and I stopped payment with my bank. I would suggest that no one give them their credit/debit card info.

I booked a flight with Farehub and was sent a confirmation email of the reserved flight on Feb. 2nd 2024. On Feb. 4th at 7:20 I received a call and voicemail by someone named Davis that said my reservation was pending and to give them a call. Prior to then, I had recieved no calls or email as I did when I booked the flight. At 7:30pm of the same night,Feb. 4th I called Farehub and was told that the flight was never booked or confirmed and that they could assist me with another flight with a quote over $1,000. My original quote was $715.01 for 2 travelers. I also received a confirmation of the booked flights by email. The process was very tedious. Prior to booking my flight as I had attempted to complete my booking before with this agency it timed out twice and it gave me a higher fee while trying to complete. When I called the agency both times they gave me a higher price than was quoted on the site because they said that the fare was no longer available as I had not put the information in in the time limit allowed. Finally I was able to finalize the process for $715.01. Later I found out from my cousin who I had recommended this site to as I believed I had received a favorable quote that she had experienced the same thing. While she too was trying to submit and complete the information to pay it timed out and she was instructed to call in for help where both times she was quoted a higher price and upon finally booking the flight and receiving a confirmation by email, she 30 minutes later received a call telling her that the flight was not booked or confirmed and that they could help book the flight for her. Again a higher price was quoted. This seems to be a regular practice of this company to bait and hook. I have never used this company before now. I usually use Priceline and have never had a problem, However I had death in my family and needed to get there and FairHub seemed to have had a better quote. I bring attention to “Seemed”. Though the both of us received confirmation, when we called Delta in which the flights were supposedly booked on, they had no booking of either of us. This seems to be a regular practice of theirs to bait and hook as this procedure was done several times to the two of us every time we called them. I would recommend this company to no one. I asked to speak to a supervisor and asked them to send me a confirmation by email that the reservation booked and confirmed never went through. I informed them that I was contacting my bank as I believed that I was being scammed by them and was needing to put them on alert so that they could not withdraw anything from my account. Their practice of business is very questionable. They then sent me an email stating that I had cancelled the reservations as though they had booked them and that I had called to cancel stating that they had tried to call me immediately after booking and several times afterwards. This was not true as I had never received a call before Feb,4th at 7:20 and never a email.

I had the pleasure of have Pablo as the agent who helped me. I’m not that great with computers but he helped me all the way. Even calling me back to make sure I received everything. I was a little worried at first but I will most definitely use this company again and look for Pablo.

I made flight reservations through this site and turned out to be a SCAM!!! I received a call from Jean a couple of hours after making the reservations; stating they had to charge me $80.00 more because I made the reservation for the following day!! WTH!! So there's
an extra charge if we make reservations
within 24 hours! Ridiculous!! I cancelled and went with a different site! They are trash!!

My flight was mysteriously canceled and nobody reached out or even tried to assist with rectifying the situation and I'm extremely disappointed. I will be telling everyone I know not to use this particular website.

It’s too bad you can’t put 0 stars. This booking agent is a crap shoot. I made the mistake of booking with them in the first place and then tried adding another passenger who is senile. The caregivers have cancelled the trip. And even though I paid for cancellation insurance I have to beg for the refund. What a joke. Did you know that cancellation protection you pay for does not entitle you to a refund. Of course they don’t tell you that. And you can’t transfer the ticket to another name.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a travel reseller. STAY AWAY from FLIGHT HUB pay a little more and fly west jet at least you’ll get service. Thought nothing could be worse than FLAIR I was wrong. I go through the whole process to cancel and they won’t switch me to the cancellation department to beg for a refund, without verifying my identification. This company is a SCAM
After an hour texting and getting things canceled I ask to speak to a supervisor. There is not one available. Well there’s a big surprise. NOW they want my particulars. Seriously? RUN THE OTHER WAY RUN THE OTHER WAY

United airlines cancelled our flight for Dec 29, 2023 because Flightfare Hub did not pay them. Flightfare hub did not notify us nor refund our credit card for$2,795. This flight was booked June 23, 2023.

The service was great , They booked my flight with a discount price and I got confirmation within 24 hours

Service was great and they gave me a great deal. They answered every question I had and even made a few changes for me. My agent was Enrique he was great
