I was welcomed by Stef. She listened to my request and proceeded with my booking efficiently. I found her to be friendly and polite.

Sarah rapidly found flight options in a difficult global situation; she was informative in answer to my questions about several airlines unfamiliar to me; she completed the booking rapidly and was patient with my bank's conniptions during a digital renewal.

Jemma helped us in store with our booking to Peru. She was amazing! She went through a heap of different options with us to help us find the tour that was right for us. Jemma was very patient. Great customer experience

The travel consultant was pretty helpful with organising the flight and giving me options but I rang and left an important message for the travel consultant which was not passed on and that was disappointing, not wanting this to be a blame thing but maybe a message board either physical or digital would be a good idea here.
