I was so impressed with the travel agent, patient courteous and fully understanding.
Nothing was a trouble, so happy to assist, by exploring our options, the best deals so overwhelmed to actually speak to a person and not a robot.

I feel I must add another review for the service I continue to receive from Flight Centre Southgate. To give real service you must offer something which cannot be bought or measured with money and that’s exactly what Jane and the Staff at Flight Centre Sylvania do.
They consistently deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and I have happily dealt with them for over 15 years now.

Julia was amazing, she went above and beyond. I even booked another holiday while I was there as it was just all so easy. It took hours to sort the complex itinaries, and I even went and had some lunch for a break, but in the end we got there. All is sorted for myself and my son who has complex needs to have the time of our lives. Thank you Julia at Sylvania.
