The effort put in by Elle to assist us and sort out our needs on short notice were excellent. We were able to get every thing required in one go, and it was fairly complicated to sort out. We will return.

Nikki at Flight Centre Penrith Plaza was brilliant, contact was quick when confirming details or seeking information. Receipt of funds was confirmed and information regarding collection of flight tickets and accommodation booking was provided.

We were initially enquiring regarding a seven night stay in Vanuatu but wanted to stay longer. Nikki provided two options, one if which we accepted.

Oh my goodness, Steven from Penrith Flight Centre is absolutely amazing! I have never had an experience like this with all of my previous holiday bookings. Steven is very experienced with travel himself and was very quick to organise my 4 weeks out of 5 week experience in Europe on the spot. I knew I wanted to go to Rome and do the Pilgrimage tour, and from then on, I wanted to explore something different and beautiful and feel safe travelling on my own. I am now booked to going to Rome for the 2025 Jubilee-The Holy Year tour, then moving onto Prague, doing The Northern Lights of Finland, Budapest and Cruising "The Delightful Danube from Budapest to Munich with a French Balcony. He was so excited for me because he has experienced some of these things himself, which has made me very excited and I can't wait to see what other ideas Steven has for me for the next 9 days of my stay in Europe, if I decide to stay on a few more days.

Booked a bucket list European river cruise through Jacqui at Flight Centre Penrith Plaza, could not have been more professional and helpful with multiple bookings and reservations after explaining all the options to meet our expectations. All the staff there were so helpful each time we called in with question. Follow-up emails kept us advised at all times, highly recommend for your future travel needs. Avoid Flight Centre Online as they are not affiliated with Flight Centre face to face walk-ins, as we discovered with previous poor service when booking online. Thanks Jacqui!
