I usually do all my travel bookings online. However, I recently found it overwhelming, trying to coordinate multi-leg flights for three family members travelling from different parts of the world, and then to evaluate the costs of return tickets vs arriving and departing from different cities. I therefore decided to visit Flight Centre in Launceston for assistance. To my surprise, James quickly grasped what I was hoping to do and, in no time at all, booked the flights for me. He also made it easy to add on accommodation and travel insurance. I found him to be polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Mat was very efficient and speedy organising our trip . There were multiple tours over 7 countries and he pieced them together perfectly and worked the flights so they fitted neatly into our itinerary
