I was looking for an office chair for sometime and have recently purchased an ergonomic chair C7 from flexispot. My overall experience was awesome. The delivery was very fast, the assembly process was simple. I had few questions and I had to reach out to customer service via email and I was amazed with their timely response and assistance.

Contacted Flexispot to exchange my tabletop for different size. Agent Patric was awesome to work with, was extremely fast and provided great support and positive outcome.

Great customer service from my man Patrick. Ordered the EN1 standing desked from amazon but it came damaged from shipping. I contacted customer service at Flexispot and Patrick sent me a replacement promptly. Great experience.

I was sad about the damaged product however the customer service was responsive, accurate, and gave me great guidance. Looking forward getting a part for my desk.

I bought two Kana Retro beds. UPS lost one of the packages. When I contacted Flexispot, they were quick to respond. They promptly sent me out a new one and communicated well through the whole process. The customer service was impeccable.

I ordered a one-piece standing desk but unfortunately the top of the desk came in damaged. I contacted customer support and spoke with Patrick who sincerely apologized and had a new part ordered/shipped in minutes! I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and timely response.

Although the initial delivery of our FlexiSpot desk had an issue with the desktop, the FlexiSpot team was very responsive and helpful throughout the resolution process. They worked quickly to find a solution, and the matter was resolved to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our Pro Plus desk and would recommend FlexiSpot to anyone considering a height-adjustable standing desk.

My H7 adjustable over bed table top came damaged. I contacted support for a replacement part and they are now sending a whole new table. In the meantime, I assembled the first table anyway and it matches my expectations for the money except for the damaged top. If it had been underside damage, I probably would have ignored it. Patrick helped me out on the phone, reviewed my images of the damage and got a replacement sent out. Thanks Patrick!

I don't leave reviews very often, but Patrick absolutely earned this one.

I reached out because the desk I received had a small issue. From the moment he responded, Patrick was professional, respectful, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the whole process simple and stress-free.

What really impressed me was that he immediately arranged to send me a brand-new desk and even told me I could keep the original one. I honestly wasn't expecting that at all.

I was disappointed to find my desk arrived damaged - a mix of poor handling by UPS and certainly room for Flexispot to improve packaging.

However - the customer service I received from Patrick was nothing short of excellent. We walked through the issue, he gave several genuine apologies, and in <10 minutes had a replacement part on it's way. As I unpacked the rest of the parts I found another that had been damaged in shipping, and was met with a less helpful rep when I called back. This rep explained he did not have the same training as Partick to resolve the issue on the phone, and now I'm in a 1-3 business day queue for service on that part.

Overall strong and attentive service. My recommendation: train everyone like Patrick!

I made a customer service call to get my Mahogany desk re-shipped because I never received the package. The customer support agent "Patrick" was very nice and understanding. He helped me order a new desk and made the overall experience very easy for me.

Customer service had great response speeds, helpful for almost all my needs. Could not take back something I ordered presumably due to logistical costs outweighing the profit made from re-selling the item. Kept an open line of communication for as long as I needed.

Had an issue with the desk, but was really user error (did not fully assembly it) and customer service helped pinpoint the issue.

I spoke with Geneva, and she was very understanding and sweet. They accommodated my request very quickly on the phone. :)

I got the Kana bed frame with pillow board. We weren’t expecting what the pillow board was. Customer service immediately shipped out a wooden headboard with a good price and refunded the pillow board tracking it along the way. Great customer service

I ordered Flexispot E6g CyberX RGB LED Electric Gaming Standing Desk 55".
Upon assembly i noticed a part of the plastic Cup holder was broke, I call customer support "Patrick" was very quick to find my Amazon order apologized for the deficiency offered a partial refund to compensate for the problem i experienced. All of this call including e-mail correspondence and auto attendant took only 13 minuities and 33 seconds!

PS the Flexispot Sentinel Ergonomic Gaming Chair is the most breathable and comfortable chair i have ever used at a workstation. I am very satisfied with Patrick and I bet he will be the next Customer Service Trainer at Flexispot! or at least i would hope.

I placed a first-time order for a frame and desk top and forgot if I added my unit number for delivery. Patrick in customer service listened attentively and fixed my main issue and routed the second issue to management that my account and order needed to be linked together. Not even 10 minutes that my issues were heard and resolved. Thank you for such a pleasant first-time experience.
