I could not have wished for a better conveyancing firm. Everyone on my case were straightforward and easy to communicate with. I felt very lucky to have chosen this company.
They have a list of tasks for the conveyancing process which are updated as they move through the process. I always knew where we were in the process - super helpful.
From my experience conveyancing is never easy and this company made everything go well.

We used Fletcher Longstaff to do a transfer of equity for our flat in Bristol. Tom was extremely responsive and professional from the outset and made the process 100% stress free - even when things got complicated with help to buy, and we had to change from a transfer of equity to a 'full redemption payment' part way through. I cannot recommended Fletcher Longstaff enough and will not be using anyone else from now on!

The onboarding procedure was very efficient, action items were updated in real time on the online system so I always knew how things were progressing, and I never waited more than a few hours for a response to an email query during normal working hours.
