First off, I had to wait over a month to get my order even though I paid for prioritized shipping. When I reached out to check on the status of my order, the customer rep said they had to contact the production team. Never heard back. Reached out again. Said the same thing. The thongs are poor quality and the letters are hot glued on. Handwashed them and the letters fell off immediately. And, despite their claims, they are not plus size friendly. Horrible all around.

I'm giving the product a 5 star (even though I had to wait 6 weeks for my delivery.) I loved the product. It was well made and fit true to size! And the customer service was wonderful. I reached out about my order and the were very informative and also gave me a coupon for my trouble. I will definitely order from them again!

There was an error on my first order and I was told they would cancel it and refund me and also to place the order again. I never got the product, the refund or anything.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My order took more than 45 days to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. By the time it finally came, I no longer needed the item.

I tried to request a refund, but they refused to accept it. Their customer service was unhelpful and difficult to deal with throughout the process.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company due to their poor service and lack of support for customers.

I have ordered twice from this company, both times they said 7-10 business days to create and ship, both times I had to email . Constantly failing at promised dates etc they take over a month to even do anything, it took 7 days to respond to emails even though they said within 48 hours. BTW I’m still waiting for my order for over a months ago! Do not buy from this company!!!!

Took a month and a half to get my order. I would go on to the site to look up the tracking for the status using my order number and it would tell me every time that no order exists. I sent four emails just asking for a verification on the order with zero replies. And then when I get my order, a month and a half later, the letters are glued on with sweatshop quality and they spelled my name wrong on one item and correctly on the other and horribly off center. I would never order from these people again. I have reached out to give them a chance to correct the issue or refund my money whatever works for them with zero response.

After waiting over two months for my order, it finally arrived and it’s a complete mess. Every single detail is wrong: the item, the personalized name, the color, and even the size. It’s like they didn't even look at my order form. Trying to get a response from customer service is frustrating. I tried to get a refund during the wait but they denied my request. Do not waste your money here unless you want to wait months for something you didn't even order.

Ordered a product that said it would be delivered before valentines day. When it still didn't show up a week after valentines, I contacted them to get a refund and was told it was being refund. The refund never came so I contacted them again and was ignored. I received an email that my product was being shipped and once it came it was the lowest quality product I've ever received. I have since been ignored in emails again and again asking for my refund. Never buy from them

This company is a complete scam. I ordered something MONTHS in advance for Valentine’s Day and NEVER received my package.
All I got were fake delivery updates and excuses about “issues” with shipping. I contacted customer service multiple times, confirmed my address over and over, and they kept telling me everything was fine—yet my order never showed up.
Then they had the nerve to tell me to contact some random third-party company to track my package… and STILL nothing. No item. No real help. Just runaround after runaround.
After waiting 3–4 months, all I wanted was my refund since Valentine’s Day had already passed. They refused. No product, no refund, no accountability.
This was supposed to be something special for my boyfriend and they completely ruined it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will not get your order.

If I could not rate this at all I would. I was utterly disappointed. My item was bought and I paid for express shipping. It took for me to contact the team to realise they had not even realised it had not left the warehouse in a time frame of a month! That is not anywhere close to express shipping. I was hoping it would come a few days after Valentine’s Day at least but not even close. I have not received any emails back about the fact that I want a refund at least for the express postage part! Very slack.

Ordered a set on the 3rd of March,
No delivery and no response to numerous emails of what has happened to my order.
Really poor company, no product and no communication!!

They promised my order would be here before valentines and is now almost April and nothing. I contacted them asking about my order and got an email weeks later telling me they were not able to deliver it that it was the wrong address. The person than proceeded to ask me to pay for shipping again and i honestly wanted it so bad I was willing to pay it but did ask them to please provide me with whatever address they had. I never got an answer back after that or a refund. Very disappointed as I did make a few more purchases that same day and that was the only order that never got here.

I ordered customized lingerie and paid quite a bit for fast shipping as well. This was February 3rd. It is now March 16th and the support team FINALLY messaged me with a tracking number. I put the tracking number into the website and it said "order not found". So I search by the order number and it said "order not found". So I use the site "all-in-one" and it says it was delivered on the 5th. I have not gotten a single response about any of my issues and I can not contact anyone from the business. On "Reddit" there are multiple posts about this business being a scam and it has been the worst experience of my life.

Horrible customer service and huge scam. I've been waiting over a month for my order and still haven't received it. Flawluxe told me it takes 2 to 4 weeks to process the order but no tracking number or shipment notification has been sent to my email. Then, they sent me a fake tracking number for an order in 2022. Next, they told me they couldn't issue me a refund because of international shipping rules which is false. They directed me to call the carrier directly but I don't even have a shipping number. Don't buy from them they'll take your money and no product.

This is a scam. Check out the comments on insta. Facebook is paid marketing

Ordered 13th Feb and I’m still waiting for the product despite their shipping saying up to 14 days. I chased with an email on day 16 and was bluntly told that it’s being custom made. It’s been over a month and the status still says the package hasn’t been shipped! AWFUL!! I’ve just sent another email so let’s see what happens!

I placed my order almost a month ago. No confirmation other than a text. I go on their website with the order number they gave me and it says it can’t be found. I have emailed them numerous times with no response.
Pretty sure all these “reviews” are false. If I could get my order that would be great.

Was told 1 to 2 weeks instead it's been 17 days crazy better off ordering from a different place cause this is a unbelievable

***SCAM***DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - I ordered on the 13th February. The communication is bad, i've emailed them 4 times asking for a refund. They say they have got to make to order, but I still haven't recevied a tracking.
They keep ignoring my requests for a refund saying if the product is with the carrier. They are unable to refund until product has been received back. But the product hasn't left yet.
