of my wife should be delivered on 24-11. In the late afternoon the courier phoned to her that he can´t deliver on 24-11, but the delivery would take place the next day. If was surprised when I checked the Flash Tracking App. The courier claimed that he delivered on 24-11 at 22:22 to my wife. That was a lie. He forged a signature in POD. There was also no delivery on 25-11 and the complaint with customer service is unanswered until now. We reserve the right to file a police complaint if the package is not found (Name of the courier is known). I will adopt another disappointed buyer's recommendation to have the order canceled if the seller wants to ship with Flash Express.

Absolutely the WORST courier company in Thailand, as is abundantly clear from the 96% 1 Star reviews and no review higher than a 2!
I had a parcel returned to sender where they claimed they could not contact me over multiple attempts over 3 days. This is absolute BS, my phone log lists EVERY call received and missed and there were NO missed calls and zero calls not replied to. On one of the days I only received 3 calls and they all from a company that is not totally useless who DID manage to deliver 3 parcels (3 separate drivers), so where do the 5 call attempts from Flash come from? Nowhere, that's where, because it's total BS. Too lazy to try more like!
Absolutely garbage company, avoid like the plague, I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have only had the misfortune to have sellers use Flash a few times and EVERY time has been really troublesome. Now, when I place an order, I will always tell the company if you plan to use Flash, cancel the order (and for this reason I only ever order where COD is an option). Trust Flash with a parcel I've paid for, absolutely no way!
Never use Flash Express in Thailand
Never use Flash Express for delivery in Thailand. I sent a parcel just inside Bangkok and it has been 1 week. In the Flash app, it showed that deliveryman called the receiver and the receiver told to reschedule. It happened like that for 4 consecutive days. In reality, the deliveryman never called the receiver and do not deliver at all. Receiver is always beside the phone and there is no phone call. I tried to contact Flash Express Customer Service Support, Hotline, deliveryman phone number, service point phonr number, complaint by email, complaint through App and so on. Surprisingly NO RESPONSE AT ALL. No phone number answered and no email got replied. Amazing!

I happen to order a package from a shop/ They delivered using Flash. Flash completely misplaced the order by changing my address in their system.
My girlfriend and i have been calling constantly and they are arguably the worst customer service / Asking us to keep calling different people instead of sorting our within their company.
We decided to let go of this order and it's a waste of money for us.
Never again using this service.

This is the worst logistic in Thailand. Couriers are big fat lier. I waited for too long had 2 failed attempt delivery. Courier lied about tagging it as "delivery attempt failed due to recipient reschedule for delivery". How will I reschedule it I didn't even receive a call or text from the delivery person.. Tried contacting the costumer service multiple times but they are not answering my call. Tried calling the delivery rider but not picking up my call too. What a waste of time!!!

Poor Service
When checking the tracking, it looks like Flash has tried to deliver my parcel, but that is incorrect information.
They have not called me and they have not been to my address.
This, can go on for days...
Incompetence at its best!
I ordered something from Lazada which was faulty so arranged a free return which was to be collected by a Flash driver. He tried to scan the return barcode from my phone but failed so he took a screenshot and said he would scan it later when he returned to his depot and then went on his way. An hour later I was contacted by a woman who said they could not scan the barcode so could I send it to her phone, which I did. The phone number she gave me was not in use so the barcode image I sent to her was not received. The item which was collected by the Flash courier is still stated as being not picked up on the Lazada system as the Flash driver did not scan the barcode. I tried contacting the seller to intervene but he would not especially since I was returning his product for a refund. I contacted Flash who gave me various numbers and excuses but would not take responsibility, a characteristic extremely prevalent here. Flash have just swept me under the carpet and hid all knowledge and data of of my collection, meaning that because the driver could not scan the barcode due to his incompetence that there is no record of him ever collecting it.

I have now lost 2 packages being delivered from Flash. First time a few months ago they claimed that they tried 3 times, could not delivered and returned the pacage to the sender. Big lie! My phone call log showed no missed calls during the period they claimed they tried to deliver. Alos my condomimuim reception will accept delivery if in fact a delivery was attempted. More recently another pacakge pack Flash tracking show it was delivered but it wasn't and Flash say they can't provide me with the receiver signature. Avoid this company it is bad news.

Flash Express has the report twice; on Friday evening 30.6. and on Saturday evening 01.07. changed to: Delivery attempt failed. That's a big lie. Nobody was here to deliver. No call, no visit. I had sent the location to the driver. We have cameras on the street and at the house. Three people were in the house all day. Now 2 days. Why can't you deliver the ordered goods? what's going on there ?flash express employees are not good for Lazada purchases.

and again down the rabbit hole and on the roundabout… pickup due 5 days ago and of course the usual ‘due to recipient rescheduling’ they did not call and did not pickup. Likewise with a ‘delivery’ that did not happen and again due to recipient rescheduling!! Always the same couriers enter lies into the online messages and always blame the recipient. So waiting for a collection and a delivery which may or not happen in this lifetime!
Lazada should stop using this company.
