We first bought some from a market whilst on holiday quite a few years ago and they’ve been an easy gift for ourselves and others ever since.

They are perhaps a little less show-stoppingly amazing now than in the early years, which you’d probably expect as the business has become more commercialised - although they’re still very good as flapjacks go.

Some reviews here say the postage is a bit steep, but I remember when they used a lower cost carrier and can definitely say that paying a couple of quid extra is well worth it for getting the order through in one piece.

We bought a Christmas selection box as a gift for our friends. We had it gift wrapped and sent direct to their house with a card inside. They were ecstatic about the flapjacks, the packaging the range of flavours and the gift as an idea.

Ok, I've been reading these reviews. I personally find these flapjacks very tasty. As for price you will decide if they are worth the money £4.80 per flapjack before you buy. I first came across them at the Ride London event and as a cyclist its the perfect fuel for a good ride. My major issue however the freshness, they claim that when stored in a cool and dry place they will stay fresh for 2 months, this is rubbish. I ordered a large quantity to get free postage and they didn't last anywhere near what was claimed and ended up having to throw them out. I do think the postage is far too high and this will have and will continue to put people off buying from them. I use DPD (their courier) for my business any know they are charging far more than it costs them. I do want to reiterate I think the flapjacks are very tasty.

Live in Plymouth,near where the flapjackery shop is.Ordered about maybe 6 months ago and had a box of 3 sent.They we’re beautiful.A few days ago,thought I’d treat myself and the family.They arrived yesterday,a box of 6 giant ones.They we’re tasteless.Bland,dry and not moist whatsoever.We we’re all really disappointed.Definitely won’t be buying from them again.

Went into their shop at bath and bought 3, the yoghurt one, millionaire shortbread, and the standard flapjack. Probably the best flapjacks I’ve ever had

Delicious flapjacks that my mother was very happy to have received as a birthday gift.
Flapjacks are quite big, nice variety of flavours and the website made it very easy to giftwrap and ensure delivery on a certain date (her birthday). Overall very happy with Flapjackery

Dreadful company cancelled my subscription, they still debited my card 4 e mails and a call with a message left and no response at all. The flapjacks are far too sweet and very dry . Do not give them your card !!!!

The flapjacks are pretty good particularly the fruit ones. They are quite expensive. The customer service is naive/unhelpful though, and seems not to try and keep customers and not think of solutions. They cancelled my yearly subscription without even speaking to me because my card was locked and the payment didn’t go through, I can understand this is a problem for them, I had locked my card while abroad forgetting the subscription was due. On realising the payment hadn’t gone through, I paid it manually within 24 hours, but they cancelled the subscription immediately without even speaking to me and I only realised this after I made the manual payment. Once I did this I realised they had cancelled my subscription. I emailed them, they just said the webmaster automatically cancelled the subscription, so I just thought ok, I’ll leave it, probably better for my waistline not to have monthly flapjack delivery!! If they had acted in a kinder way though once I had made the manual payment I would have in all probability started the subscription again. This locked card problem also caused another subscription payment not to go through but that company emailed me to assure me I would still receive my goods while I sorted the problem and requested I update my payment details and paid as soon as possible. To summarise tasty but expensive flapjacks, customer service could be improved.if I could I would have given 2.5 as that is probably a fairer reflection.

Average at best. The worse thing is the ridiculous pricing. £4.20 for a single flapjack! A local cafe near me (which is also a 'destination cafe' in a tourist area) does a superb takeaway flapjack for £1.10. The Flapjackery is blatant greedy profiteering and don't deserve to be in business. If you want a poor flapjack and to be taken for a mug, buy one here. Or do the smart thing and buy a far superior and reasonably-priced one from a local bakery.

Traditional classic flap jack, these were too dry, and overwhelmingly sweet to the point nothing else can be tasted. Disappointed. Flapjackery asked me to leave a review which I did but Flapjackery did not to post it on their website!

Received these as a corporate gift and should be grateful I know but not very nice. Some are quite sickly ( even a small piece) Others are very dry so make sure you have a cuppa to hand

I had heard these were delicious so a recent trip to Minehead gave me the opportunity to sample them. I purchased an assorted box of six, ideally I would have preferred the box with the smaller sizes but you couldn't pick and mix. To be honest they were a real disappointment. Not particularly moist, very bland other than immense sweetness. The latte did at least have a latte taste but the banoffee, peanut butter and millionaires didn't taste of anything other than a very sweet bog standard chocolate covered flapjack not at all worth the price.

I had heard these flapjacks are great and so specifically sought out this company to order as a gift. However, to my knowledge the gift has never arrived. I contacted customer service who did not apologise and didn't seem especially committed to follow up, help me out, or providing the product I'd paid for (including extortionate "special delivery"). Would not recommend using this company if you're hoping for a good gift-giving experience.

Discovered Flapjackery at Bath Christmas market and this is my second order since then - absolutely delicious!

My delicious box of flapjackery arrived today. I made a coffee & tucked into the bakewell one. Oh my goodness, what a treat. Moist, flavorful and Devine. I have bought flapjackery before from show stands. This is the ONLY flapjack to buy, no one else’s compares. Their customer service is second to none. What a fantastic caring company. Delivery was exactly when quoted. I bought 2 large select your own flavor boxes, I’m sure my daughter will be delighted. I’m sure I’ll put on a few pounds, as it will be hard to resist eating them.
