Had the opportunity to attended an emergency first aid course today which was presented by Adam Moore at Flagship Partners. Was apprehensive about learning as felt I didn’t want the responsibility of savings someone’s life incase I did something wrong but have come away feeling confident that I know what I’m doing. I recently completed a two day TM refresher course and can honestly say it was outstanding from start to finish. The trainer Barry, was brilliant-knowledgeable and professional. Barry explained everything clearly, kept the sessions engaging and made sure everyone understood the material without ever feeling rushed. I would highly recommend this TM refresher course to anyone needing to update their TM skills. A great two days all round.
