Ordered on the phone and help from the staff throughout, order arrived next day very good service

No problems except that they were unable to send a flag to an overseas address.

Flags and Flagpole were very helpful when deciding which design of bunting would be most practical for our support group logo. The ordered bunting was received within two days, most impressed. Their prices are competitive and in house team are approachable and easy to contact.

Great delivery and acceptable quality. Unfortunately you said you had experienced a run on UK memorabilia so you were short on what I was looking for

Customer service was excellent, the flags look brilliant ! Thank you for a very quick and efficient service especially when I needed them in such short notice for my event.

Very Friendly on phone, helped by putting rope to the pole and fast delivery.

Excellent customer service and with next day delivery. Would use again.

Perfect work and on time delivery. Highly recommended to everyone.
Thanks

Great service, delivery and price. Bought the flagpole and saltire flag as a Christmas present for my mum. She absolutely loves it. Didn't give 5 stars because we didn't find the enclosed instructions very clear but we've put it up and it seems fine. Recipient really happy and that's what matters.
